Try this:

1. Enter the Gnisis Corner Club
2. Open your console
3. Run the command help liorel and note his baseID value, which is XX0014d51
4. Whatever the XX values are, enter the command startscene XX014d3e
5. Close the console

That should play the scene where you get kicked out, and afterward Liorel should show up correctly.  If he doesn't, you can use the command XX014d52.moveto player to move him to your location.

If you don't have enough karma, you won't get the option to have sex with him for money, I believe.

 

Make a test, go to a save before you first talked to him, open console and type: setpqv bd_mq lust_var 200

 

Then, go talk to him and see if there is an option to make him company. If there is, it's because you didn't have enough karma. If not, then something is wrong.

I dont have the option to tell him to "get back to work" after talking to runil to have the burial, i even restarted the mod is there a way to skip this part?

You can try to steal his money, but you'll miss the sex scenes with him.

 

Maybe @brewmasterhal knows a console command to skip the dialogue and start the sex.

Go into Grave Concoctions and run: startscene XX051324

If that doesn't work, go outside and run: startscene XX05136E

The second should play automatically if the first one works correctly.

the beta will be released at the end of the month for patreons. If everything goes smoothly, without much bugs, the public version might be released in the following days or week. Expect a november release for everyone else.

The upcoming update is not the final 1.0 release as it will not contain the end of the story as far as I understand.  It would more accurately be described as 0.10.0, and there should still be at least one more minor update (the Patreon-exclusive content) before we get the end of the story in version 1.0 probably around next summer.

 

But yes, as Highborn mentioned the v0.10.0.0 beta should go live on the 25th, and the v0.10.1.X release should be 1-2 weeks after that in early November.

Highborn I just want to say that you 're amazing man. I've been following what happens here for a while now and you do your best to answer almost every single question. Even stupid ones,never getting frustrated or angry. Kudos mate. And guys give Dogma and Highborn a break ,I can literally see the answers to most of your questions by literally going to the previous page. That didn't work unfortunately, the kust scene seems to be the only part of the mod i cant get by. from the walk through i know im supposed to tell him to get back to work after talking to runil but nothing comes from it, it just lets me choose "its nothing" when talking to him.  im guessing its just bugged for me at this point. this is all the options i have for this quest.

Out of curiosity, let's get some quest status info and see if I can figure out what might have happened.

 

Run getstage bd_mq and tell me your main quest stage.

Run getstage bd_sq_ghost and tell me your side quest stage

Run sqv bd_sq_ghost and use the [page up] key to find the values of the quest vars ::Falkreath_Tavern_Prostitute_var and ::Falkreath_Tavern_DetoxicationQuest_var

 

The nuclear option to make the quest continue from where you are is to run the following commands:

  setstage bd_mq 290

  setstage bd_sq_ghost 40

  setpqv bd_sq_ghost falkreath_tavern_prostitute 2

  setpqv bd_sq_ghost falkreath_tavern_detoxicationquest 0

 

If you talk to Kust after that it should definitely work.

Yeah, if @Highborn wasn't around to answer most of the obvious stuff, I'd have gone crazy long ago.  @flosseggy also deserves some recognition for answering a lot of questions, as do others that I'm sure I'm forgetting - it's a team effort around here.  The vast majority of people encountering bugs would just get a link to the FAQ as a response if it were left up to me.

 

BTW, are you under the impression that @DogmaMods and I are one-and-the-same?  I'm just the translator and general fixer around here.

he should have already said to you about Varg the Fixer. Buying his things should have unlocked additional options to steal the coin from Madam Petit or the orc.

Im having an issue after the first scene with Liorel. When I go and talk to him outside of the club, he says to wait there while he talks to thguy, but doesnt move.

Here's a quick tipe for everyone who has issues with the mod: Try to limit your animations and mods that could possibly intervene with scripts. This is mod is quite heavy in script and they can get easily bugged and broken if the game is CTD friendly. I personally always disable most of my animation mods and haven't had more issues than just one.
