It would tell you if you exceeded the animation limit so it shouldn't be that. Here are some thing you can try: Re-download the mod and re-extract at least the contents of the Meshes\ directory and the "Dogma - Thief.bsa" archive. Then re-run FNIS and try the scenes. This will ensure that the issue is not a corrupted download. Activate the "De-Install Creatures" option in FNIS, then re-run FNIS afterward and try the scenes again. Not sure how it might be related but it's low cost to try it. Re-install FNIS entirely, then try it all again. It's possible that an old or corrupt installation is causing your issues. That's pretty much all the ideas I have. It's got to be either an animation problem or a scripting problem.

You mean your saved games go missing, your client crashes when you attempt to load...?

Still nothing, I removed a lot of mods, started a new game, still nothing. Sexlab etc works fine, it's just the scene from this mod for some reason. It used to work just fine, but i stopped playing for a few months, didnt change a thing, except a few outfits and tried to start a new game with the mod but the T-posing keeps happening.

Did you try installing the mod manually? Sometimes the mod manager can fail. You said you installed other versions to try things, so be careful with leftovers. This is Skyrim, so sometimes glitches have almost impossible explanations. If you don't have any precious save games, I'd try to uninstall Skyrim and start fresh.

If you don't have any precious save games, I'd try to uninstall Skyrim and start fresh. I got it working again. I could be wrong, but it looks like the 0.9.1 (eng) file is corrupted. I installed the russian version just to test if that does work, and it did. So i installed the russian version, then overwrote the .bsa, esp and esm files with those from the eng version. The animations do start now.

I asked Lod and Zoe for help to drag the witch's body, but they refused and now I have no idea what to do/where to go. I reread the walkthrough and this information isn't there.

During the first part, whenever I wake up and after Keerava talks to me, I am unable to move even if I use the console command enableplayercontrols. When I do, [E] Chair pops up, like my character is still registered as being in the chair you use to drink with the stranger before falling asleep. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried this mod with no other mods and I am still having the issue. There is also no player dialogue.
