Hi Billyy,

 

Wanted to report a bug I finally tracked down (after weeks); I was getting errors in groups of 4-10 about missing object references, starting *after* certain animations in this pack and persisting through saves, slowly corrupting them because the thread calling the references never seems to close.

 

Specifically, I saw the following in consoles:

 

Specs:

- DD 5.2.7 for SSE (this also occurs with DD NG), with or without the .esps enabled

- Skyrim AE 6.640 with or without CC content

 

Error messages:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object {#object ID} x5-7

 

Steps to replicate:

I could reliably replicate by using the Gallows Pole (Overhead) Holding animation. It'd be fine during the animation, but immediately afterwards and at a periodic cadence would then throw 5-7 of this error. (Incidentally, I love this animation; it always seems to sync perfectly with facial expressions, and the movement is exquisite).

 

I suspect that what's happening is something is improperly referenced, and the cleanup script keeps trying to get rid of the object but can't do so.

 

For now I've just removed the animation from my set - I'll update this if I run into any other animations that exhibit similar behaviors.

DD's filtering is frankly the reason that I've removed its esps from my load order at this point. Removing DD and dd-reliant mods + installing Silent Horizons 2 has almost completely removed the jank from my game; for the first time in years it feels playable past the first couple of hours.

 

...That said, I actually hugely appreciate that you are building animations for a variety of user preferences and flows; not everyone has the same taste, and taking time to try out new and interesting things can be a nice break from making yet another mild variation on a theme.

Haha, indeed. It’s quite the interesting ‘critter’ to work with, but I’ll say it’s quite a contentious creature with reactions being quite polarizing compared to anything else I’ve done. It does give me a bit of pause, but I’ll still do more eventually as haggies still lack animations and there’s a lot you can do with it. Also because I apparently do need Jesus as I can dig the gross yet lewd appeal of them.

 

 

 

Me, I'm quite the arachnophile when it comes to Sexlab animations.  I dig those eight legged freaks. XD.

Annnd....I added "Faster Spiders" - the 5x speed version.   Outrunning them isn't an option especially if encumbrance is ticked on in "Fill Her up"

So I updated to the release from Monday and FNIS is giving me some errors...can I ignore them? Using AE...

I keep seeing the acronym "SLSB" thrown around in here, but I have no idea what SLSB is!  If someone could direct me to whichever framework that is, I would consider it a small favor.

And the game doesn't ctd, mod organiser just says "mod organiser is locked while the application is running", then unlocks itself without my skyrim ever opening. My god, I've spent like two nights trying to fix CTD, and disabling constructs finally solved it, thank you random person with the same problem

I love this mod and your work so much, I can't uninstall it since I began using it a few years ago. Recently though some animations (specifically a few lesbian ones) aren't cooperating. any dildo animation (double dildo for example) will spawn the object in one of the characters hands (pc/npc) and not be used during the animation, it will usually stay in one characters hands (the one NOT being penetrated by it) and not be "actually" used during the animation. The animations seemed to work fine a day ago but after switching up my LO it does this, so has anyone else experienced anything like this and have a solution?

Hii!, i have a problem while starting an Animation with insects, some of them like Ashopers become frozen while the scene is active, and others like Chaurus start fine but brakes when changing poses, this problem happens to me only with Insects, Animals like Dogs, Horses and others work fine, except goats, idk why goats are frozen too x) ...

 

ive tried some things like reinstalling the animation pack or reinstalling FNIS and its dependencies but it does not work, also tried to reinstall XPMSEE and nothing, ive also seek for post of users with this same problem but i could not find anything.

 

could you people help me? pls... 🫠

 

EDIT: I fixed it, the problem is solved and was my load order X), i feel so dumb...

I played a lot of animations and all of them work, but when i try an animation with the Hag Raven it crashes the game. Is this an issue with the mod or does this only happen to me, because i searched in the topic and found nothing about this. Ty in advance

 

Edit; i updated ABC to the last version and now the animation plays correctly.

i have not tried the new animations yet so i cannot say, but that's the kind of behavior i would expect from a bad mesh, it could be the aimobjects in the slal pack or it could be MNC/ABC.

Hello, everything is working perfectly except the spriggan tentacle animations and hagraven bloatfly, the animations work its just the extra stuff like the tentacle or fly its missing, what could be the problem?

You need to update ABC.

Same answer.

  1. Install latest version of ABC for your game version
  2. follow the instructions in the installer
  3. allow it to overwrite all files

If some part of the spriggan is not showing then you didn't allow (or your mod manager didn't allow) the spriggan skeleton to be overwritten by ABC.

Has anyone been able to get 8.0 SE working with nemesis? The most recent version I still have and can get to run with Nemesis is Billy's anims 2.9 :(

 

I always get error 6002:

 

ERROR(6002): An exception has occured while patching. Report to Nemesis' author immediately

File: animationdatasinglefile.txt

Message: bad allocation

 

None of the quick google solutions for 6002 like disabling windows defender and running in admin mode haven't been able to solve it either, has anyone else found a fix or run into this?

Hey Billy, will you ever add animations for Fallout 4? Fallout 4 is in dire need of new animations since most have abandoned it sadly. Not even all the creatures are used, for an example yao guia (The Bear) doesn't have any.  Thank you for your hard work you made a massive mark on the Loverslab website.

Is there even a working HDT vagina in Fallout 4? - I have installed the game and was thinking about making animations for that game.

 

But the selection does not seem to match Skyrim at all.

 

What about the rigs and programs needed to animate for Fallout 4. Do You know where one could download that?

 

 

- Can we use 3DSMax 2012 or something newer?

 

- Are we going to need a completely new setup?

FO4 requiters a different version of 3ds max (i think 2014?), and aaf is complete crap so it's not even worth the effort.

I do sympathize with the FO4 scene in that regard, and it has some cool stuff, but ultimately the game didn't grab me. It's not impossible, but I currently don't see myself doing any FO4 animations unfortunately.

I just did a playthrough because of a few newer mods on LL and the mods were fantastic. BUT AAF is wonky and needs a lot of work. Also body styles are gruesome to change from one to another. It is worth playing for the Lovers Lab newer mods but I could not imagine developing for it needs lots of work.

As asked above. Does the bodies have a working HDT vagina?

 

If not then I will not be animating for it. Have the game though. Will play it sometime.

 

 

Also just installed Daggerfall. Talk about an old game. That will take some mods to be playable. But I think the Unity version looks promising.
