deltahalo241 Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 ok, i extracted them to where you said, now how do i get leitos animations and fourplay to show up in NMM? Â I found that right clicking the folders, selecting 'unblock' or whatever, apply and ok, then right clicking the folder again and selecting 'open with' and then selecting Nexus Mod Manager did the trick. I did that with the files while they were still zipped
Ericmonkee Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 i am triyng to get this to work and so far i have done ever thing exept step 2  Find [Launcher] section, under it, make sure that bEnableFileSelection=1 If [Launcher] or bEnableFileSelection doesn't exist, add them   what type of file or what ever do I make [Launcher]   here is all so how it looks and the mods I have if there is some thing I am doing wrong plese let me know
Joymaxi Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 Followed the install instructions, played for several hours and had no CTD freaking awesome.... can't wait to see what else you guys add.Â
ZarthonTheVanquished Posted July 1, 2017 Posted July 1, 2017 @vinfamy: Â Care to explain why you want people to enable Papyrus Logging? This is generally considered a bad idea for the end-user (or even the power-user), since almost none of the information it outputs is of any use to anyone (even modders), and so all it does is bog things down by spamming write to file actions. And with REALLY bad errors, this can mean several thousands lines being written per second... Â Also contrary to popular belief, Papyrus Logging has NOTHING to do with CTD errors, mod clashes, etc. :/ Â _______________ Â Oh, and it's a much better idea to make any additions to the .ini files inside the Fallout4Custom.ini file, then keep the other two "read and write" instead of "read only". This is because if you mark them as read only (especially Fallout4Prefs.ini), any changes you make to settings in-game will not be preserved when you close the game (i.e. volume levels, difficulty, etc.).
Burt Macklin FBI Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 I have followed every step using the NMM, and when i load my game, nothing comes up in the top left corner, i deleted everything and followed the steps again and still, nothing. this is the first time i have modded a game so i have no idea what to do! please help!Â
vinfamy Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017   It's been reported to work for many users that didn't manage to get it to work before.  Our guess is Four-Play needs a few more Utility.Wait and Papyrus logging sort of does that.  Besides, can't hurt us to have users enable Papyrus logging. They'll have more infor for us to go on to diagnose any problems.  Nothing stops them from disabling Papyrus logging to see if everything still works fine for them. As stated very clearly in the guide, some of the steps may not be 100% necessary. I have followed every step using the NMM, and when i load my game, nothing comes up in the top left corner, i deleted everything and followed the steps again and still, nothing. this is the first time i have modded a game so i have no idea what to do! please help!  Repeat the "Enable Modding" step.
Rod Broward Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 great guide  if you follow it everything will work  if you dont youre an idiot and deserve death

Vallen666 Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 one important step missing, and it's the one that got me... Don't forget to grab the Fallout 4 unofficial patch from Nexus.  www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4598/? for the english, they have translations as well
surfboar Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 I just installed the very recent patch annd everything animation wise is working very well. The downside is that 4play prostitution seems broken. I no longer get any dialogue options although I have enabled the mode vias the control panel.
clandestined Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Hello!I am not new to modding having played around with Skyrim mods for some time, but for some reason I simply cannot get this to work. I have managed to get the Settlements mod to work and I can teleport to the test chamber but nothing else seems to work. No control panel. No animations. Nothing.I have gone over the instructions a few times now and have been at this for a couple days to no avail.I have tried every fix I have come across on every forum and still nothing.Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I'm at a total loss here!

Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I'm at a total loss here!  That means none of the OnInit events from any of the mods trigger.  Disable all four-play related esps. Load a save (ideally a clean one without the [M] ). Save.  Then enable all four-play related esps back on. Load the save you just made.  Oh and make sure you're not over 255 esps
clandestined Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Hey vinfamy, Â First off thanks for the quick reply. I wish I was letting you know everything was cool but it isn't. And that's cool.I tried what you asked in a myriad of different ways. All four play esps. Leaving just the base and enacting the rest. Nothing seems to work.I think I'm going to give MO a shot since that is what I used with Skyrim successfully in the past. Right up to that 250 mod limit. I only intended to use a few mods with Fallout 4 (34 right now including all of yours) and it seemed like less work then Skyrim was so just didn't want to go through all the hassle of a MO set-up. Opted for NMM instead. But I'm too much of a perv to just let this die so gonna give that a shot.I'll let you know if anything comes of it.
clandestined Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Reporting back as promised. After failing with MO, I was going over the old forums just to make sure that wasn't something I missed. Long story short, looking again I found that my Archive was missing the [. So let that be a lesson to us all. Look out for the tiny details! And thanks again, vin. May you live long and prosper!
Guest Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Nothing I do can get F4SE to respond to the GetF4SEVersion command. Â EDIT: And now it seems to work. I have no idea what changed.
alteries Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Best Mod Ever! been using it now since it's first appearence, have had problems here and there but always seem to fix it:)Im having a small issue with ending up in a pile of tires or on a rooftop lol, but it is still in early stages so these are things that happen. Â Anyway...I have around 4200 hours in fallout 4 and you have made it a better experiance for me! Â Â Keep up the good work and I cant wait to see what you do next
Z0mBieP00Nani Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 I have encountered a bit of a catch 22 situation. If I put Four-Play above Control Panel in my load order, Control Panel does nothing in game, however if I put Control Panel above For-Play I get a message that pops up for about half a second that says "Four-Play Framework has not been installed correctly. Animations won't start." Â This happens every time. Everything else appears to be working (with the exception of Prostitution, that mod simply refuses to work for some reason), the other mod I have installed (Vanilla Fudge) works to a point, but the "follow me" prompt has no effect (NPCs just stand where I left them), and animations won't start.
WalkingWaffles Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Nothing works. Â I appreciate the mod and the guideline for tech-tards such as me, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried earlier with my old saves but they didn't work so I figured it might be a conflict, and started over. Old scenario: Gun didn't work, Vinfamy's control panel didn't work. Â Â New Scenario details: -Installed with NMM. Â Freshness of savegame: - Fresh re-install. Ran once (with F4SE installed) without any mods, then the essential mods mentioned in your post (and only those mods [Read: Leito's animations and Four-play in that order]) Â were installed and the game loaded. All in all as fresh and clean as it gets. Â Things that do work: - Can get to coc 4test (So Four-play is installed) - Can find subjects in console by writing "help Leito 0" (So animations are installed) Â Things that don't work: Â - The terminals in coc 4test don't initiate animations. Â Â Â Conclusion: The stuff is in there, game recognises it, but it doesn't work. Any clue as to what I'm doing wrong? Â Thank you for your time. -Waffles.

vinfamy Posted July 5, 2017 Author Posted July 5, 2017 then the essential mods mentioned in your post (and only those mods [Read: Leito's animations and Four-play in that order]) Â Â You also need the FP Alignment Fixes and Animation Loader to link Leito's animations with Four-Play
