I also tweaked the specular values to make the glow brighter in dark environments, like below. "...and they followed the light in the darkness, knowing it would lead them home. Suddenly, they bumped into her butt." 2

Thanks, there are multiple ways to rotate the cam but the easiest one is to use the "Freeflycam" SKSE plugin by Kingeric.
