I recently discovered darkconsole's Jeweled Butt Plug mod, and spent some time *cough* re-positioning it for the body texture I use, reassigning it to slot 59 and making it enchantable.  I also tweaked the specular values to make the glow brighter in dark environments, like below.

Thanks, there are multiple ways to rotate the cam but the easiest one is to use the "Freeflycam" SKSE plugin by Kingeric.
