How did you solve it?  I am currently having this issue.  Bunny hop and restraint.  I can "Lock then unlock" any restraint and the character(s) go back to normal but when the scene or cell changes, they go back to the bunny hop.

Follower? You see on her restraint? or what?

@reconphil If you speak about player, then this procedure always works. Most important is exit from inventory to give game a time to reset animation.

Also maybe is worth check inventory for hidden broken items in but seems it's more actual for skyrim not Fallout4 (use console)

If you speak about follower then definitely need check her inventory.

I *think* I reverted to an older save. It's been almost 2 years so I can't really be sure that's what I did, sorry, my memory is patchy about things like that. xD

I know what you mean.  I think that is why I dumped this mod last time.  I like it but, don't like the bunny hop thing.  Right now I can't interact with one of the companions.  I can only the Piper to stay or follow so I can't do the handcuff lock, unlock to get her to stop hopping.

Click on Piper (prid 2f1f)

openactorcontainer 1

unlock the restraint in question.

Hello,  I have problems with DD on Folower,  Piper do bunnyhop and Deacon looks like have restrained his arms behind, but none of them have any devices left in inventory.

How to fix?    

(sorry for bad english, i´m from germany)

Craft the restraint/s they were originally wearing, equip them, exit the trade menu, enter the trade menu again and remove the item.

IF they are still restrained (did not fix the issue) you crafted the wrong restraint that they were "originally" bound with and need to try again.

there is a animation replacer for the hopping in this site

I think I fixed it.  Izzy knows said to craft the original restraints, apply them then remove them.  I did that and the hopping stopped.  There is a dialog in the "trading" menu that says to "Unequip this before closing" in addition to the restraint.  I may have missed that the first time.

i got some issue gags for npc works not properly
exactly they still talk in regular dialogue like change or stay or command

If you gag NPC it's silent for all times. You can't take off gag without console. if you silent follower it's ignores a gag.

Now you say nonsense. I play with Skyrim now. If you gag your follower it's non gagged and speak without mphm 200% case.

If you are gagged and follower is gagged no one speak. You can't access to follower while you ungag follower or you.
