With the shortage of chocolate coupled with the increased prices of Candy this is an increasingly expensive Holiday.    :skull:

I bought a Candy bar this past summer...$2.50 USD for what used to be 25 cents when I was a teen, first and last candy bar of this year.

@porkybork can you post the Italian chocolate you were talking about? Just curious.

I don’t remember what it was called. It was something I got at an Italian gas station for like 0.60 Euro.

If you fart under a waterfall does it make the fart stink less?🤔

This sounds like a question they would ask on the Man Show lol

This sounds like

If mugs made fart noises coffee shops wouldn't be relaxing, they'd sound like a yoga class in a retirement home.

Everyone knows I love a good fart joke!

This dude Goku really screamed his head off for like 3 minutes straight just to get ass kicked by the Pink Buddha.

And he shaved his eyebrows. Chi-Chi must be throwing a fit by now. Actually I know she’s having a fit. Her no good husband is bleaching his hair and getting into fights instead of getting a real job.

Tsk tsk

Five good games for less than $50. Patience rewarded once again. Oh, and Nexus servers are either down or flooded it seems. Have never seen this.

The cost of living....

Now I understand the jokes from the 70's about Old Folks eating dog food to offset the cost of groceries, was it in fact bullshit Urban Legend or fact based truth?!

I know I would have to be pretty hungry to eat some dog food although I saw a pet food "Plan" (everything is in a plan now) made with "Human Grade" food.

I know I can't afford even if I were the one consuming it

Gently Air-Dried     Human Grade    All-Natural    Ready-to-Eat   Vet-Created    Dogs Love It

Man I saved for 6 months to buy the piece of crap Bethesda calls Starfield, part of the reason I have played Skyrim SE for so long.

If you read & trust reviews then every game is Great, not knowing what to look for and the price of some of these games are significant.

trust

Not really in my vocabulary anymore and was already a difficult thing to obtain from me. Generally pay much more attention to thoughtful scrutinization of products and tend to ignore glowing reviews that are probably paid for.

A bag of rice, ground turkey, and frozen vegetables is cheaper to buy than a bag of dog food.  Throw in a bag of beans and you're covered as well.

No, wiping my ass is not what's on my mind. That happens only at certain times.

I forget which mod it is, but there is a Fallout 4 mod that adds toilet paper roll holder decos (there's more than one such mod, but I am referring to the one I use). The mod refers to the one that unrolls from the back as "unimmersive" and from the front as "immersive." Not "bust a gut hilarious" but I found it worth a smirk first time I saw it.

EDIT: And speaking of living in the U.S., we just went off DST at 2;00 AM this morning (Nov. 3). And for the first couple of weeks after the time changes, whether it's going on or going off DST, the change always seems way more dramatic than it actually is. Like right now, it's 4:50 PM as I write this. It feels like it's 7:00 PM.

You should buy more toilet paper anyway, the port strike will resume soon.   Get the good stuff and treat your ass right.

I don't drink port, so that will not affect me.

or you could use your left hand for wiping and your right hand for eating. Problem solved.

We don't do it that way in the old U.S of A. Our forefathers fought and died for the right to have either hand covered in shit. Or both. Or neither, if we use a bidet.
