utterly ridiculous decision. I was excited for this expansion because I'm on my teen wolf bullshit again but apparently I counted my eggs before they hatched.

Yes, there is a mod, someone linked it in the reviews section of WickedWhims. A lot of people seem to not know about it, called Inappropriate Unlock.

@Tyrber If you're still having the CAS issues: Do you have Maars's 'CAS gender breast option and pregnancy both' mod? I had similar issues in my game (sims standing still, sliders making them look like sumo wrestlers, sims suddenly turning into tiny flat-looking versions of themselves, etc) and removing it solved them. The July 29th update (currently the latest) works properly, but the initial fix for the update (the 27th or 28th I think?) didn't. If you don't have Maars then you could have another mod that edits similar tunings.

I've been experimenting with my mods all day today - and yes it was mods gender that was all the culprit.

So I seem to be getting a persistent bug, what happens is I have my toon ask another sim for sex and then they refuse on grounds that the sexual orientation does not match. I have done this with two different sims so far, both of which were strait (like the sim I am playing), and it keeps saying the same thing.

New save. Played a couple of sessions through the first sim Sunday with nothing out of the ordinary except for one MCCC exception at about midnight. Save and exit the game at about 7:45am Monday morning, planning on sending teen Bella to her first day of high school.

 

Come back to find the clock has reverted to 3:59pm Sunday. All the alerts in the wall are still there like nothing has happened. But something obviously HAS happened.

 

Is this WW's doing, some other mod, or a game bug that will need this week's patch?

He was banned for stealing code, DD NEVER EVER worked with kids, there's literally no bones for them at the moment. WW just panicked an acussed him or stealing shit. So F disrespectful with someone who fueled this kind of mods since sims 3. I'm thinking it is the time to move to DD.

I dont want to sound like a broken record but Im here because the groundhog day bug is making my game pretty much unplayable. Im running version 172.8 of this mod and the current notice basically says the bug isnt the mods fault and Im inclined to agree. However, theres a bunch of people saying they removed the mod and it fixed their issue. Like I said my game is unplayable in its current state. My sims cant gain relationship or work progress, new babies are left in their cribs but stripped from their family trees, and my poor main sim is in a constant state of pregnancy because they were pregnant when this started (so they are returned to it every time I load up now). So, yeah, pretty much unplayable. Nothing I do skirts around the issue. Im left with the options of either not playing or removing the mod. I dont want to remove the mod unless I have to though because lets be honest, this mod makes the game so much better. I dont have any mod knowledge, I cant code, I cant make things. I can recolor things and thats the extent of my make things for sims knowledge. So if someone with some knowledge on this issue could throw those of us without any a bone and explain rather this is a mod issue or something broken in the actual game, that would be amazing. The sims team and EA are being very vague on the upcoming patch - when its happening and what exactly it will address. Yes, they said it will be sometime this week and will address the aging issue but little else was said. Does anyone have any useful information? I have tried the tips and tricks people shared on the bug report and read the comments on the patreon. So now Im here. Thanks in advance to anyone who shares anything helpful!

That sounds stressful.  I know you've said that you don't use MCCC, but if I were you, this is the point where I would install it and resurrect all those Sims.  It's not the artfully done way you were going for, but it's highly effective.

DD never contained any of that. What I believe people are refering to regarding the CP stuff, is screenshots of AFT (I believe thats the name) wich is a CP forum where CN was actualy active. Thats also probably why peole acused him with the WW addons.

Im having the same problem, I think it might be on LoversLab's side. Could also be that it has to be a certain amount of time since you downloaded before you're allowed to review? (Just my guess)

I did some testing I just couldn't call it quits just yet.

 

So I built a house on my lot (again).
Resurrected my dead lover with the book of life (again).

 

Took my resurrected sim to the public library and went into CAS and my resurrected sim shows up fine.
Added some body hair, juggled some clothes, adjusted likes and dislikes and exited CAS.
Amazed I was still in the library so I saved and exited the game.

 

Load my game and yep I'm still in the library and my house still exists and both sims seem to work fine in my house.

Not really game to enter CAS while I'm on my private house LOT though...lol
As I said in prior post All saving I've done on public lots (yes edited public lots) and used CAS while on those public lots and not had any save/reset issues at all.
For me it only seems to be on my own private lot that exiting CAS partialy resets my shit at times.

Even when my own private house lot resets all my edited public lots are still the way I left them not reset.

Unfortunately, we have to wait for Turbo to fix the save game issue, and if people keep throwing the issue on EA or random, obscure mod rather than the actual source of the bug, it probably won't happen any time soon. Some people are claiming that resetting their file structure fixed it, but there are also two save-game bugs running around at present, and doing that fixed the prior one actually caused by EA that involves an actual popup and a glitch code-- not the one associated with WW. There was also a bit of speculation that it's MCCC, but that proved to be incorrect-- at least for the people I was in contact with that removed WW and not MCCC and continued playing on just fine. 

Removing WW and playing without it sucks, but it fixed the save issue for me completely, as well as a few friends throughout multiple more saves. Tested it for a few days. Issue is gone. Soon as WW and all other mods dependent on it are gone and it has been scrubbed from your game, you can save like normal.

If you save, it says it saved, but then you enter CAS or quit and try to load back in and it has reverted, WW is your culprit. You will unfortunately have to remove it for the time being until he finally decides to fix whatever has happened here, as he doesn't offer rollback versions. 

 

I also can't leave a review, but if I had to guess, to due the megaton influx of negative reviews, LL might have shut reviewing on this particular mod down for the time being.

I don't think so, because new reviews are still being placed. Would be weird to let some people place reviews and other not. But you might be right who knows.
