You can update without risk but just add the "WickedWhims Inappropriate Unlock" mod and set the traits correctly (explained in that mod page)

bruh teenagers in real life have sex though. Plus the teens in sims don't even look like early teens each one of them looks 18..... even the base game has mess around as a teen animation..... messed up my entire sim series as i was playing as a teenager.

It's literally a crutch
I absolutely do not like that, among other things, this trait blocks game functions. this solution is complete bullshit.

Yea, i wish there were ways to have both the puberty features and teen sex. I mean it's not like the features are exclusively for 13 year olds or something. I had acne til i was 19! This whole thing is so stupid

someone for the love of god please create a mod that auto adds the post puberty trait to all teen sims as they age up/are imported/created in the game. I cannot deal with constantly having to tell it to add trait to all sims everytime someone ages up or mccc randomly pulls a sim from my gallery to create a new neighbor. for now i can downgrade to the previous version of wicked whims but i'm concerned that the next time there's a major update/addition to the game i won't be able to use the older version. I need to future proof this nonsense.

like I prefer my teens to be wild. If you wanna be a teen woohooing an elder do you. I have no moral compass unlike others. I play a pretty wild game. And I don’t want my gameplay limited because someone is feeling guilt. Only reason I even got the EP is so I can get even wilder in my game.

I don't really understand the fussiness. I like the idea that the Sims going through an pubescent phase. It gives more room for storytelling. However, when it comes, pubescent teen Sims should be allowed to live it out. If I need an extra mod for that, it's ok for me. I understand that Turbodriver wants to be safe with this thing.

This is the thing I'm affraid of, the necessity to add the trait to each newly generated or aged up teen ?

Sexual activity between teens and teens/adults has been removed from the Mod. You need to download the 'inappropriate unlock' to enabled it again. Plus give all teenage Sims the 'post puberty Wicked Whims trait'.

So with this mod that gives the sim the trait to have sex again, is there a option to the mod that allows all teens to get the trait or its just the sim you are playing as?

The sudden "no teen sex" stance is a very bizarre and arbitrary knee-jerk line in the sand. It's going to annoy quite a few people for all the technical reasons people have already mentioned above.

1) Sims are digital people, they have no protections or rights.
2) There are a whole host of fetishes and "socially immoral" and "deviant" behavior in the game supported by WW including forced sex, incest, prostitution, sex for drugs, and the more obvious sex with animals, and the (un)dead....

So, what's the rationale? Beastiality and necrophilia (vampires) is fine but teen sex isn't? Depending which state you go to, the age of consent can be below 16. And what's more, WW has all the tools necessary for people to turn off whatever relationships and sex-related content they don't want in their game, which is how it should be. What suddenly makes teen-teen or adult-teen sex off limits when, it's normal behavior in current society?

Sims already has clear age distinctions based on avatar type. But that doesn't change the fact all of these semantics are fluff because none of this is real. These characters are all digital representations of people, not actual people.

Do what you want, it's your mod, but there is no moral argument for disallowing teen sex when you allow all the rest of it. You could have just turned the teen sex switch off by default and stated your reasons why, while allowing people to make up their own minds to enable it.

yep, it's still a thing. From what i've seen in my own game it appears to be an EA issue where sometimes randomly or whenever you enter cas or do anything that alters your household (like marriage or sometimes saving the game) it resets, usually you lose wicked whims settings, but you can also go back in time, lose relationships etc. i'm hoping EA fixes it soon.

What changed in the initial release of WW 1.70i update 5+ hours ago to the current newer release of WW 1.70i that's offered as a download now?

I have 2 WW 1.70i packages with different CRC hashes, diffent file size as well.

No mention of update changes on ww change log???

@TURBODRIVER I do think this is a more than unfortunate choice. Whilst I appreciate that Turbo is trying not to get sued, I don't really see how a corner of the internet sexual whims mod, is going to cause any further outrage than it already has. Which is to say, minimal. Teens are Teens. there is no fundamental change to thier bodyshape or percieved age. They all look 18, they all act in high school like they always did, and lets not forget, there was an actual HIGH SCHOOL ADDON that was allowed here previously that did pretty much the dark side of what this new High School Mod offers.

I honestly don't understand it Turbo, im really sorry. Given that on short lifespan settings teens go through high school in like a week or so, you could have a very strong argument that theyre all in their senior year anyway honestly. Much like was originally thought of before. I do think that its a bit of a quick swing in outlook, for the disallowment of Teens suddenly. Youre not the moral police for the internet. All of us on this site have our own values, we should not all be homogenised. What id suggest is just the same as before, upon first installing your framework, teens are not allowed. Users have to make sure they physically go in to the menu, and voluntarily put teens in play. Thats not your responsibility old bean, you don't have to worry about that. Thats letting everybody make their own choice, and after all isnt that the best idea?
 

You're a good bloke turbo. this switch is not something thats going to cause flaming internets just because an official highs school mod was made. I love your work I really do, I just think you've gone a little bit overzealous is all. Thats all fine, we'r eall grown ups. if you put the teen switch back in noones going to think less of you or worse of you. Its just a small overadjustment. dont worry about our moral fibre, let us worry about it. Its out of your hands then as soon as we install the mod

For this to work, the peeping sim has to be masturbating while peeping, which is often triggered by your sim/sims performing a sex act themselves.  If the peeping sim isn't masturbating, it won't work.

At least, that's how it used to work.  Peeping sims stopped working correctly for me since the Werewolves patch.
