Well, the Thu'um of Love shout (I have 2 of the 3 words so far) does actually work.

So there is *some* connection to Sexlab.

Not to sexlab. Another type of event has registered to vanilla game shouts.

 

The variables AnalCount, OralCount and ViginalCount however are somehing else entirely. They simply do not exist in my game. (At least they don't show up if I open the console, then type "help OralCount 3" or "help AnalCount 3" or "help ViginalCount 3" and hit enter.

Help only shows global variables. These are not global. The variables are fine.

 

So it seems for some reason the mod was not initialized correctly back when I started the game.

(That could be worth implementing into the MCM at some point. A "Reset/Fix Variables" option.)

The mod already does extensive things to ensure resiliency during init. For example some registering I've mentioned will retry, and big things are in delay so as not to overload when all the other mods init.

 

I'll continue to try things and will let you know what happens. :-)

You need to fix the install problem, otherwise anything you find will be noise. Since I know Cursed Loot does not conflict with this mod, I know you've only got a bandaid. Have you tried removing DDe which has not been updated for the latest DDi? Perhaps it's interaction with Cursed Loot is why you CTD. And if you try this you'd need to ensure you are not breaking the golden rule (i.e. would need to start a new game).

 

 

I am now in the process of setting up a slightly slimmed down version of Skyrim (read: removing a couple of mods from MO).

 

So far I kicked out A Foresworn Story, From the Deep, Ravenous, Sisterhood of Dibella, Sexlab Stories (+Addons), CCAS for LaL, Devious Devices Equip and Deviously Cursed Loot.

 

I now need to remake the bashed patch, the TES5 merged patch, FNIS, Dual Sheath Redux and my own NPC merged patch, which will take some time.

 

I'll let you know once I have started a new game with this slightly slimmed down Skyrim and progressed to a point where I can say anything about SlaV.

EDIT about half a day later:

 

I kicked out the abovementioned mods, remade all the patches and started a new game from scratch.

Initial tests where done via the MCM menu (both the test option on the first "page" and the skipping option on the last "page" of the MCM menu worked without any problem.)

It then took some time until I had played to a point where I could test the mod during normal gameplay. The results where more or les the same as before.

 

1. still have the "problem" that whatever shout I use to start the mod (causing the first appearance of Cassie who gives me the letter from Dibella) then cannot be used a second time to trigger the first appearance of Nocturnal. It has to be a different shout.

2. scenes play out without any appearant problem

3. the mod is still unable to detect virginity status correctly - regardless of how much sex I have, it still reports Virgin: Yes and Oral-, Anal- and Viginal-Count 0.

 

I'm out of time now, but I guess over the weekend I will need ot kick out even more mods and try again.

 

 

 

 

What we know for sure is events not registering. This is really starting to feel like just a initialization problem. This mod does most on a big delay, but there's some that can't be delayed, and then there's some that rely on other mods so if other mods are having trouble to register then so will this one.

 

If it's init only... the way around this is to disable this mod, start new game and save, exit, enable this mod, then load the save. (no re-sort... need to let this mod be at the end which is fine). Based on your lastest description, this would be very worthwhile doing.

 

If that does not work, if I were you I'd turn your process of elimination around. Disable all but the required mods, ensure THAT works (you want to know you have a solid working bare bones first). And you can get that baseline without doing any bashed patch.

Do you want to be freed from the tyranny of virginity and scour the taint of chastity from your body? Ya? Well this release is for you and certainly not the innocent like me. I had to cover my eyes while testing and mostly get my husband to test.

 

In addition this release has a secondary theme of improving the Damage Armor abilities. A new tattoo appears to tell you it's active, and now with Shields included in stripping, you get to mess with undead, skeletons, Falmer, and did you know even Automatons can have a shield?

Quick question so I know for additional testing: should the mod register loss of virginity and number of intercourses (the stats in the MCM menu) from the get-go or only from the point forward where I actually start the mod by shouting and receiving the letter from Cassie?

Then I used the console to spawn a NPC (Hroki in my case) and used the Puppetmaster spell from the corresponding mod to make her my thrall.

Commanded her to fuck me and lo and behold, SlaV correctly noticed I just lost my virginity. (ViginalCount=1)

So, I quit the game, deleted all savegames, fired up Skyrim again and started a new game.

This time, I set up all MCMs the way I want before leaving the LaL cell.

Made my way over to Riverwood, spent a night in the inn, then headed for Bleakfalls Barrow.

After completing that (and having a bout of loving with the word wall), I returned the golden claw to Lucan and, to celebrate the occasion, puppeteered Sigrid. In a nice secluded spot, we then had some fun.

Thing is, SlaV did not register the loss of virginity this time.

 

So, I left the game, restarted it and started yet another new game. Summoned Hroki to the cell again and banged with her... virginity lost correctly.

Next step was to start a new game, save immediately, leave Skyrim, restart Skyrim, load savegame, then spawn Hroki and test again.

No loss of virginity.

 

So it seems that a new game is fine, but saving, then reloading breaks the whole thing. At least for me.

Yes, I did. The result is the same. It works as long as I do not save and reload. Something about saving/loading a savegame breaks the functonality.

 

I should mention that I am using the crash fixes plugin (http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2551-crash-fixes/), and I do not know if this has any bearing on the handling of save files in regards to papyrus variables.

Well in other words, the moment you save, you have produced a corrupt save. And you can't have done this part...

...because that will work. That's the only way you are going to find the source of the problem. Sure crash fix could be the source but it's a long shot, you've got 400+ mods.

 

Also I don't know why you keep talking about memory variables. They are fine or you'd not see MCM displaying them (even as zero). Something is preventing (or losing) the registration of events.

After about 7 hours of juggling mods, testing and testing and testing (ad infinitum), it seems I have found the possible culprit.

The mod "Sexlab Werewolves" (http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/490-sexlab-werewolves/) seems to be the cause of my troubles.

Time will tell if something breaks again when I actually play normally for a couple of hours, but sandbox testing in the LaL cell has a 100% success rate of SlaV recognizing loss of virginity now, even if repeatedly loading/saving.

After about 7 hours of juggling mods, testing and testing and testing (ad infinitum), it seems I have found the possible culprit.

The mod "Sexlab Werewolves" (http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/490-sexlab-werewolves/) seems to be the cause of my troubles.

Time will tell if something breaks again when I actually play normally for a couple of hours, but sandbox testing in the LaL cell has a 100% success rate of SlaV recognizing loss of virginity now, even if repeatedly loading/saving.

1. I installed that mod
2. took default settings during install
3. let it go last in my load order
4. loaded my latest save
5. started some sexlab love - Virgin was registering it
6. saved
7. exited, reloaded game, and loaded the save
8. started some sexlab love - Virgin was still registering it
9. did not notice any other issues in the limited time

​That's far from exhaustive testing. Just shows me that there's no immediate straight up conflict just by having the mod running. Perhaps it conflicts with another mod you have and I don't have. I do hope you've found your solution

Tried to activate is not a virgin, same thing.

Congratulations! You've earned favor with all of the Nine Divines. You can now worship the Shrine of Dibella in the Solitude Temple of the Divines to receive the Shrine Love Blessing at any time. This can be repeated.

 

In MCM Thu'um of Love Tab, you should now see "Earned Favor from all Nine Divines" is YES. Do you see that?

 

If it's yes, when you worship the Shrine of Dibella in the Solitude Temple of the Divines, you get the notification...

Shrine Love Blessing granted

 

Now in MCM, "Shrine Love Blessing", "Uses Remaining" should be set back to 4 if it was less. Working just like all the other times you earned the blessing. Do you see that? If yes it's working fine.

This is the only place you will see that you have the blessing.

Thanks for reporting. I found a bug that will cause "Earned Favor from all Nine Divines" to not display "YES" even when it is. It's now fixed for next release. You can see it work correctly if you go to MCM Rewards tab first, then look.

 

Everything else is working fine. "Uses Remaining" is set to 4. The blessing works. If you saw the red burst, then there must have been a notification message "Shrine Love Blessing granted" (not pop-up... a notification in the top left corner).

Thanks for reporting. I found a bug that will cause "Earned Favor from all Nine Divines" to not display "YES" even when it is. It's now fixed for next release. You can see it work correctly if you go to MCM Rewards tab first, then look.

 

Everything else is working fine. "Uses Remaining" is set to 4. The blessing works. If you saw the red burst, then there must have been a notification message "Shrine Love Blessing granted" (not pop-up... a notification in the top left corner).

 

Solved the problem... Turns out I had transferred the extra lines in VirginMCMScript0.pex. Fixed them. Then the game went to Markart to the temple DiBella and re-activated the sanctuary DiBella. From there teleported to the temple of the gods already there and activated the sanctuary. In MCM now displays everything correctly.

Hi, simple question... to start this quest you need to shout.

To get a shout you need to run through portion of the game, or is there a way to obtain a shout earlier in a immersive way.
