Thanks for the info. It's comforting to see I'm not the only one having issues with all these arousal mods. Too bad I'm not smart enough to fix them.

 

I've also noticed that Bad Dog Hoodies doesn't work for actors I send to HSH.

 

Looks like I'll be sticking with SLA (R) v29 and using unforgiving devices versions that don't require OSL.

 

I do remember a FOMOD where I had to choose between SLA and OSL but now I have no idea which one.

I have a question with the 2nd part of the quest, about continuing it or terminating.  Current status, I have sold a slave to three of the miner camps, then half the quest cleared.  Then the other half just says to continue, I assume it's just opened ended.  I have sold one slave since then. 

 

But, when I go talk to Padro, he has no dialogue.  I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do next?  

 

I know I can turn off the questline, but I'm trying to complete it at least once.

You need to go into a miner (slave) camp and just mess around - talk to the NPCs, dig some ore, whatever. After a while (generally less than a minute in RL) you will be attacked by a crazy woman. Enslave her. Then, using dialogue, choose what you want to do. What should happen is that she tells you about her sister and gives you options for advancing the quest.

I must have done something out of sequence that I don't remember doing LOL.  No crazy women at any of the mines come around.  Thanks for your help!

I have another question, maybe someone can shed some light on this.  These guys they'll fight with you like  a follower would?  I have this mod, aygas and dom.  Where should I be using them in combat? DOM? or PAH?  I get confused, they seem like they don't want to fight or use their fists often.  Just curious thanks!

Do I need both the Diary of Mine patch from this as well as the HSH patch from DoM? The DoM patch from this can't be installed anymore since DoM has been changed to an esm.

@Musje don't  forget the simple  LUX patch i made  page or 2 back you an use it   in installer if you update again. its just a simple patch to change the lighting template


also is anyone else having a occlusion plane issue with the door  exiting the inn. the door is there but seems like the occlusion plane is  in-front of the door not behind it. if i free cam real close to door it shows door. i have no mods adding occlusion planes

 

Hi Sidfu,

 

Did you ever find a solution to the door disappearing/re-appearing? I had a look in the ck and couldn't find an occlusion plane so a bit stumped on how to solve the issue.

Turns out there is a room marker overlapping the door hence the occlusion. Needs to be adjusted.

I've asked the DOM creator that. The response was

 

"Timestamp is your friend. I started the patch with Musje, that's version 1 and it is included in HSH and AYGAS. The one to use is the most recent one, and that's the one coming with DOM. Both patch DOMHSH.esp and main plugin PAH_homesweethome.esp should come from the DOM fomod and overwrite everything."

 

That is to say, I think you only use the one that comes with DOM and I believe it would end up overwriting the other patches anyway.

If anyone has been trying to use this mod with OSL Aroused, and having the followers not triggering scenes when there arousal is above threshold, I have a pending update that should hopefully fix the issue. (Also other mods with issues that are performing similar behaviors)

 

Would really appreciate if somebody could give it a test to see if it behaves as expected before I push out an update. (or if there are other mods that have known issues with OSL to look at)

Good day, I have a problem I don't understand, I got to an auction and I have all the keys.
The auction starts, the hunter puts up slaves, they buy them, but I have no idea which key is responsible for the bid, I didn't change anything in the settings.
In general, I'll just erase how slaves are sold, but I want to buy ((((

I faced a problem where  trainer's「Train Pose」 is not updated, and I suspect that this is probably the cause of this part of the problem.

Hi,

 

First of all, thanks a lot for the fantastic mod! I love the attention to detail and the stability.


The mod page is very detailed as well as this guide on PH core (https://www.loverslab.com/blogs/entry/14888-the-pahe-basics/), but I still have a few questions, it would be super helpful if somebody had a few hints - hopefully it would be useful to future apprentices like me!

 

-  How does the task mistress schedule work? And how to debug it?
    - I have added ~10 slaves, my task mistress is the starting follower so she has 100 submission and is qualified I believe; when I hang around slaves just go to bed or wait. She doesn't do anything except following me/occasionally taking a slave to their cell.
    - I did put some wall markers close to where i put cells. Nothing happens.
    - I'm asking this because whipping slaves when they are bound (let's put you on some toys option) doesn't seem to raise submission or anything -> looks purely for decoration -> I suppose task mistress is the only way to actually train at scale
    - Can we see the training happen? Animationwise, btw, I have interactive BDSM installed, 20+ different toys everywhere that the slaves properly mount, but so far no play animation is triggered.

 

Commands:
- To random slave: Take control of the house command: so after you say you are going to stay here for some time, i suppose slaves automatically register to a nearby cell; then different from task master command (1 per house token if I understand correctly)
- I understand once you pass 70 submission there is an entertainment mode. How manual is it? Do slaves just come once you enter the area and follow you and do stuff?
- Can you allocate a slave to a particular cell? Asking this because i'm confused with the "you can pick the cell you want" command -> I don't understand what it does.
- What's sandbox mode? If you Ctrl F the Mod page, you know you can do sandboxing but I have no idea what it *is* 

 

Markers:
- When i put a bedroom cell, is it MY bedroom when I say bring whoever to my room, or the slave's bedroom? If it's mine why can I put several bedroom cells? That sounds conflicting.
- What house cell does/what several house cells do? I understand it's for sandbox but then nothing much happens

 

And, also, by any chance, do you know how to unlock DD from slaves registered inside PH HSH?

- slave was enslaved with straightjacket, then brought to HSH and told to stay there via standard dialogue option.
- When i click on the item in their inventory with "carry sth for me" option, it just says "you dont have the key to free XX". I remember I already managed to do it exactly like that for another slave, so there is a way, but it consumed the key I had by default then (automatically).

- obviously, asking to strip doesnt remove the device.
- I understand after searching that key names have changed with DL. There are two skeleton keys I can add to my inventory via the console. both dont unlock the device.

I haven't played in a couple of years, so take this with a grain of salt.

 

The primary role of a Task Mistress is to allow slaves to train slaves.  I vaguely recall this is done through the "Setup a trainings schedule" command.  The Task Mistress can also be told to assemble slaves for your inspection.

 

My method was to manually train a slave to near maximum.  I then had that slave train a second slave.  After training, I then chose one of those slaves to be the Task Mistress.  I would then capture a third slave and would have the Task Mistress "Setup a training schedule" for the other slaves,  I would then start adding more slaves now and then.  Occasionally I would find it useful to stop the schedule and then restart it.  I also found about 20 slaves in a given area to be the most my machine could readily handle.

 

From what I saw, slaves can only train other slaves up to their own levels of training.  So a slave with a submission of 90 can only train another slave to level 90.  If you want slaves to have combat skills, be sure to train some yourself so they can train other slaves.

 

With a room full of slaves, one can watch the slaves training each other.  Be careful when high level mages start combat training, fireballs everywhere.  Sometimes slaves would train slaves on BSDM furniture or various chains and shackles placed on walls.

 

I never became clear about the various tokens one can place in a slave training cell.  I placed various ones around and some seemed to function in some way, others seemed to do nothing.  I think the first bedroom token you place is yours and you can command a favorite slave to sandbox in your "bedroom".  This seems to be less than perfect and the slave sometimes wanders off to do other things, especially if sex training is involved.

 

If I recall, and this is for Devious Devices 7 and 8, keys come as two types, a chastity key and another key whose name I can't recall.  Oh, restraint key.  Having played many times, I wasn't shy to add items via console or the AIM mod when certain items were needed.  Keys and some other stuff like leash collars were among those items.

 

I don't know the answers to many of your other questions.

Indeed, my confusion came from the fact that she can't train and be the task mistress at the same time.

You should give it another try now. I'm amazed by the stability of the engine and the mod after all this years! I can run 20+ slaves in an area inside a big modded castle at 60fps constant.

Yes it works fine now! 

I think issue was my wall placements + reloading cell a few times.

Yes, so after installing SimpleItemSpawner to browse all the different mods files, I was able to realize only specific DD couldn't be unlocked: restraint corset, straightjacket. Says I lack the key. Probably they are the scripted DD only for PC quest use? Anyway that's maybe 5% of all the available DD so I just stopped using them.

Turns out asking slaves to strip several times, add new outfits managed to clear it after a while. The item is still in the inventory, but the "you will wear this from now on" seems to override the locked device both visually and script-wise. Quite amazed all of this doesn't cause crashes or mesh issues at all!

 

As for my other interrogations:

- Slaves hanging around: per FAQ: if submission is < 70 they just don't do much. makes sense.

- Training stats increase: I understood that you need to say "im going to punish you" OR have the special scripted dialogue option like "trying to run away" any time you want to raise stats. if not it doesn't do anything.

- Cell allocation: "personal" cell logic allocation doesn't seem to hold after reloading location. Slaves just seem to choose whatever cell is nearby, usually the closest, which can lead to traffic jams.

 

 

Still trying to understand:

- What interactive BDSM does. I have training animations for trainer/slave but I'm not sure i have seen what interactive BDSM does for example with random NPCs passing by.

- Sandbox/entertainment/house marker and room allocation logic ("You will take care of this room"): basically I'm wondering how I can allocate 70+ submission slaves to specific subsections inside the same indoor location and have them either always be there, OR at least there is always somebody there.

Just a quick question but how do I remove Iron Prisoner Chains from an NPC?  It says I dont have the right key but Ive tried every key I can find that sounds like it would work to no avail.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Not sure why, but when reinstalling this, I don't have the option to install a patch for DoM, even though I have it installed. Any idea what might be the issue?

this is more of a base game issue due to how it does npc. instead of each npc being their own  none unqiues are based on a template. if you strip a bandit this causes teh templante to change to the naked which is what actaly causes it. any mod touching outfits could cause it.

you can  look up that bandit in xedit and see their template.

I could swear it happens to bandits I never stripped in that playthrough.

As @sidfu1 said, those bandits come from templates. You don't have to deal with the same specific bandit to get this result. Changing some of the settings in the MCM have helped minimize this for me (but not eliminate).

So. I just did the Cinda Mines quests. The one were you have to escape the mines as a prisoner before getting your items back. My quest items didn't spawn in my inventory, at first, when completing the quest. But loading an older save, then loading the save after the quest somehow fixed this.

My issue is. It completely broke this mod. The MCM Menu isn't loading anything at all. My Taskmaster's dialog doesn't show any options after choosing "Taskmaster..." I can't take any of my slaves out of the house, the dialog to have them join you just isn't showing up anymore. They, appear?, to still be training. But its like the game doesn't think I own the camp or slaves anymore? Is there a fix for this?

What steps, exactly, have you taken in the Quest? Did you go to Markarth and buy the "mining equipment" for instance?
