They weren't exactly banned. My understanding is that Discovery1 has been dealing with a terminal illness of some sort, and isn't able to mod any longer. The final version of BW Brook he uploaded was supposed to be a parting gift to the community, and he didn't seem to know that asking to have his account closed would delete all his files.

They were not banned they asked for their account to be closed on 07 October 2017 - 05:40 PM but on the nexus even if you request that your account be closed they still list you as being banned. I guess because they like the word or something.

Them closing their account shouldn't of had anything to do with their stuff that they have uploaded from being removed. Pretty sure the only time they remove stuff that someone has uploaded and they close their account is that they request that their stuff be taken down.

Is there any way to bypass the Oblivion Launcher being forced to launch (duh) whenever I try to open the game (steam version)?

It always tries to set new graphic settings and having the *.ini file as read only is really a problem for save profiles in wrye bash, and everything needs to be done manually.

If you are using the steam version of oblivion you can't launch using OBSE this is because OBSE was added to the game.exe and you no longer can launch using .OBSE but now can only launch using the oblivion.exe.

Does anyone know any good/consistant HEGC replacers? EvE seems too boring but I'm not sure I really wanna go with the inconsistancy of FLYs remodels on the bust size, even if I absolutely love those models.

 

I suppose I could look around for DMRA stuff but I'm not too sure if that's too damn big for me, being a boobie monster IRL is already a bit tiring sometimes. Honestly I'm open to any suggestions since I'm just trying to finally get a proper not broke ass setup after like 5 years.

oh, and, i'm probably not going to find something like it, but is there an npc de-scaler that is a script or edits globals instead of editing npc's directly?... as to minimize conflicts with npc editing mods, as tes4edit merging  seams a daunting task with so many npc entries.

This might not be a lot to go by, but I don't have a lot to go by. At some point (probably a year plus ago) I'd stumbled across a shock bolt replacer that was totally different than the vanilla lightning bolt. It was a zig-zagging, thick bolt of lightning with little discharge/spread. I thought I kept it, but...can't find it. Pretty sure it was a standalone file.
