its a ava suit its here on loverslab, the weapons are on nexus, colt 45 pistol and m16/shotgun. i think

Any ideas what ENB that is? 

(I do not understand if it's vanilla, my game can only render 6GB Ram)

And assault rifle I believe come from Modern gun mod that's removed from Nexus. Or from M4 mod

im looking for a .bat file that puts your character to lvl 45ish  and gives all perks minus the idiot perk and one other and max special and it gives all magazines i think the word to type in is bat maxed or something like that

My post is more if there such a mod.

 

Do some one know if the is a mod so you don´t need the hold breath shit, for scoped weapons.

 

There's a lot of them, but I personally like See-Through Combat Scopes the most. It completely overhauls scopes in general and removes that whole shaky breath holding stuff. If that's not to your liking, you can pretty much search the Nexus for "scope" or "breath" and you'll find something.

Hello,

 

Does anyone use an ENB that makes the game have vivid colors without being crazy bright/too much blur like most ENBs ? I've searched on the Nexus but nothing stands out.

This one.It's got nice deep black colors and red looks red, and green looks green, and blue looks blue and so forth. It can get bright sometimes but only during noon.
