The arm covers are vanilla, combat armor

The Hat is the field scribe vanilla

The Body Armor is a chest piece from Modern firearms Mod  ... has other military attire, lots and lots of guns

The Head Set is from Cross or Niero .... he made the Robo attachment armor pieces, scarves, tech masks

 

The body piece itself looks like any modern jeans, jacket combo from vanilla or some other mod.
