I think this can be found on the gunetwork.org mods area. I saw multiple halo armors, This is a black Halo spartan armor mod incase they don't have it. 

 

 

Interesting, I'm gonna look for this mod, but what about the black color, is that a retexture or a material swap for color change in-game ?!?

It's on the gunetwork.org site Look for Armor mod release in Fallout, tagged with (FO4).  The color might have been a custom re texture I didn't see it there but I didn't spend much time either since it's an old fogy style forum. Hard to find things.

I use a lot of hair mods combination so I do not know exactly which.

-Hair mods: Animu hair, Misc Hairstyle 1.6, or commonwealth cuts KS Hairdos. (I use a lot of hair mods, idk which one this one is for sure).

-Skin Silky Smooth skin or Oni cbbe. (I could be wrong).

The necklace glasses comes with the armor. If someone with modding experience is up to split the glasses from the armor (and place it on another armor slot) I'd love to have it shared.

I think the cute tactical armor mod on the nexus has those specific shades in the neck slot standalone.

Just wondering, has anyone converted the shiny rubber catsuits from skyrim to fallout yet?

 

I have the zipsuit which is awesome, would be really neat to have the rubber catsuits converted aswell.
