Looks like a remodeled and retextured Gauss Rifle. 

 

 

the reload is definitely the gauss rifles, but i cant find the skin or the projectile mod.  it could a standalone weapon or a combination

It looks some kind of modified version of the MGS4 Frog suit, does anyone know anything about it? Whether it is some kind of private port or not. I haven't been able to find anything on it.

From what I've been able to gather it's a FO:NV mod made by a russian modder, I have managed to port it(badly, especially the wrists/sleeves) to FO4. But as I don't have the original modders permission I will not upload it, but if you PM me I can share my ported version.

I'm not sure but I assume it's another mod by a russian modder.

 

Edit: If you can find the FO:NV mod I could probably convert it to FO4 since helmets are pretty straightforward for converting.

It's still a long way from what RaceMenu has in terms of features but it already improves the looks menu massively in my opinion.

I think thats done with DEF_UI I have that mod with VIS and yeah hovering over scrap items in the world show me what they break down into.

Lately Elianora over at the Nexus has been putting up some amazing player home mods but in them she has been using a functional cooking stove using the prewar model, I'll provide a picture below. Try as I might I haven't been able to find that as a stand alone mod or part of any of the settlement mod packs. Anyone here know if it exists out there in the wild?

I have that mod, the mini-kitchen in that mod is not the same as whats shown in this image, also its not a functional cooking station, just decorative.

Well I can tell you it's the Moira Burton outfit from Resident Evil Revelations 2, but as to where you can get it, no idea. Might be a personal port someone made as I haven't found it yet. But I have an idea of where you might start looking. Here they have similar ports, and a website that you have to register for, so they might have it there (couldn't be bothered to register myself, so unsure).

 

The collar and face piercings though are from Toxic Raider.
