I know SLEN does this to some extent, and sexlab solutions lets you skip out of the helping people part, but is there a mod that just lets you do more sex related quests, or just fuck a few people that give you the thane status

That's why I was looking for the original file.

EDIT: Found out it's NOT part of the mod, after downloading it. I looked through ALL the folders, and found nothing related to it. Checked the comments section, and found it was the CBBE version.

Not sure where the belt comes from as a standalone piece, but the original design is from the witcher. I had to mes around with it a bit, but I'm pleased with the results. My character... not so much. Makes me wish there was a version with just the arms removed.
