Sadly I think it's a mashup of a few different mods along with the extra feathers on the sleeves. I found another one that I think might've been the basis for it cause it's got the same feathers around the collar. They credited a few mods that I can only find on a Russian site that requires password. I'll need to double check the download for Tisse when I get home from work soon. Ok, found it picture did really look familiar to me as she is a follower Tisse - The Dark Summoner http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72279/? Try asking the author there for the armor. Haven't had time to do anything after work but sleep I never thought of using the console to get them lol! I'll have to do that or simply message the author if it's not possible.

I tried google but that just leads me to a dead link:( Thats either Grim Winter ENB 5.1, a newer version or something entirely different. Those who don't know, Grim Winter 5.1 was one that he released back in 2014-13. It would be impossible to find if you didn't grab it then. While I do have it I will not share it because the author told people who received it not to reupload or share it to anyone...

The armor I've remember years ago or so I've seen it on modtypedoorblog but link was dead I then went for hours searching again and could not find it on multiple websites. So maybe its private mod.
