I mean a mod that keeps him in his canonical gender so Female Heimskr is right out. Sure,general male face overhauls affect him too,but I'm looking for a mod that gives individual attention to character face morphs and will likely have a plug-in associated with it.

There is Feminized Leveled Lists,More Women,World of Women and Woman's World.For more female Orcs, Khajiit and Argonians, there is Extra Bandits.

Here are a few dialogue based mods: Sexlab Romance, Sexlab Romance Ignore Gender,Further Lover's Comfort, Spouses Enhanced and Sexlab Solutions. If you'd like some questing and courtship rather than simple pick-up lines, there is Sexlab Amorous Adventures.
