Regardless of the game version (oldrim or SSE), the roped outfit comes from Devious devices. There are other alternatives in the Zaz animation pack if you want to try out multiple options.

 

If you use SSE and want to try it out for yourself though, you'll most likely need to find the appropriate bodyslide fixes for Devious Devices, the appropriate skse runtimes for Devious Devices and the Zaz breast rope fixes. You should be able to find everything in their respective threads though!
