Not that I know of but IIRC there's a an ENB manager tool on the Nexus for easy swapping.

I know about compression but it barely noticeable and the quality increased it not worth to slow the whole pages down. It not your problem but it a problem with everyone else here. People with slow internet for example. There is a reason why most website on the internet use JPG and not PNG images.

Beyond Skyrim:Bruma Minotaur /w Bad Dog's Patch , they use draugr skeleton so you have to set their scale between 0.6 - 0.7 for sex since they're usually the size of giants.
