I'd say yes, because the Naturalistic Body preset from Bazinga is it's own body mesh with special weights painted and assigned to his HDT xmls. If Leyenda's mod does something similar, I'd say you'd have to choose one or the other, for the main reason being that the XMLS are specific to his meshes.

Also I forgot to mention, that this mod is the last thats installed, overwriting everything it asks to in the end:

You can get it from Leyenda Skin overlay.  There's an SSE version as well.
