Except you can post a JPG images with the same quality but x10 less size than PNG. Just capture screenshot use Steam instead of in game printscreen button. It will saved as jpg instead of png.

Boy, this is awkward. Sorry to disappoint you but this is actually a modified version of https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/93720 using in game sliders to customize it. I'm not the biggest fan of sharing my presets, but to help you out a little anything that says 'chubby' and the big belly slider was really useful for getting the look! That and Breast SSH with lots of gravity.

Not that I know of but IIRC there's a an ENB manager tool on the Nexus for easy swapping.
