Would it be possible to make a race that isn't unisex, but uses female bodyparts/animations/skeleton/chargen data for both sexes (so the only difference is voice for dialogue reasons)? Or just force the game to see the player as male, but have it use female model etc.? Tried mucking about with the CK, but couldn't figure out how to make it do what I want.

The only thing that I can think of that has outfit health is the power armor which likely plays by its own rules otherwise the old condition system seems to have been ripped out. Depending on how the PA armor health thing is handled maybe something could be made to track outfit health but its going to need MCM type support to work well.

F4SE doesn't have as many features as the current SKSE, there still is no easy way to add animations with the CK so some FNIS is needed and Ashal already works mainly on a framework for FO4 as he points out in the SLF dev thread. SLF 1.62 was the last big update for it until some F4 sex framework got published.

 

You may expect some sex in FO4 this fall, and that's optimistic.

Probably far from the first to request this, but a mod that defines a percentage chance that one or more of your settlers will be nudists, a positive to this being that nudists could raise settlement happiness.

 I want to create a cute Femboy/Delicate man with my main char but i dont see any mod with a decent body. Is only Mouain of muscle  or super manly body. I have try to create a Custom body with  Blender but i fail hard..  If someone can help me or show me a nice  mod to change the Mesh ! Thank you !  I had a idea change the Body with unique player put a Femalde body modified with no boobs to have a delicate body it could work but the problem no armor will show the right body :\
