hi 2pac, just wondering what outfit this replaces?

i saw this pic at the nexus, anybody have a clue?

It is the 2pac Field Scribe in BodySlide

Now there is is this coat called "2pac FCoatKells" on Bodyslide.  Which 1 is it?

And what is the item ID for Black widow suit?

It's the coat of captain kells you are showing (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Kells).

Black widows suit replace, if I recall correctly, the silver shroud outfit.

widow replaces courser, so w.e the ID is for courser "help courser 4" should get you the armor id in console, or go kill a courser.

I already figured it out

May I ask how? I've been having a ctd on launch issue for the last week and I haven't been able to solve it.

use fnis4edit to determine which file override which. A file pointing to nothing will also cause ctd (remember that bsa act as folder)

Thanks for the mighty fast response.  Sorry I am new here.  I find it so hard to search through so many pages of this topic.  Is there a thread search function?  I can't even find my own comments.

Much obliged. I'll check it out once I get home.

Checking the esp and there's no female world model set for dc armor torso nor for dc armor underarmor (aka athletic outfit)... thus the question, for 2pac, wants me to add it to my todo list (could also check if it's possible to have female dcguard)?

edit : wait, nevermind, found the ref.

The new version of the outfit studio should search for material files.. any way to assign the material files inside OS? (currently i have to build the outfit and assign on nifskope)

material are handled directly by esp, so no.

But.. i worked with some Skyrim meshes, exported as .obj, then imported in OS, then worked the sliders, the thing is , the .obj shows up using the female body texture (idky why) and that happens even if i add the material path before the export.

So i need to assign the texture again on outfit studio, finish the project, build it and add the mesh path in Nifskope after. Id like to know how to make it before, so i can share the bodyside files, and not only the .nif. (Not good to keep using nifkope to add the materials at every new mesh made.)

*Also 2pac: How did you add the heels into the mesh without clipping? If i zap slider the feet to hide it, a hole in the boots show up.

These are the conversions ive made until now. Anyone with ideas of how to improve the workflow?

You can't set the material path in outfit studio, must be nifskope.

I delete the feet In blender before I export, I don't zap them so I can't help with that issue.

Add the material path in nifscope opening the nif in "...Tools\BodySlide\Shapedata\" which is the project nif.

Alright guys just an update, my Christmas break is over and I'm back in school now, so the amount of time I have to work in this mod has been cut in half. Updates will come a little slower now but I am going to continue working on it and finish it soon!

I thought that might be the case but i cant find a console code for the BOS lab-coat. Every other labcoat in the game is on the wiki and i even looked in the QAsmoke box and couldnt find one there either lol

So you export the body as .obj or use a Blender plugin to import/export nifs?

School?! Theres loot to be pillaged, creatures to murder, and boobs to dress! You need to find a nice basement somewhere and forget about this "school" you can google everything they are making you study. :P

Unfortunately teachers now have tools to search for paragraphs that have been copy/pasted from Wikipedia....

Hope school goes good for you 2pac, thanks for all your hard work through the holidays
