I still dont know why we need .bgsm´s in addition with meshes and textures, but ok Bethesda.

You can even point a texture in the nif and the material will always overlap it.

lol <3 I had no idea those files had pointers in themselves.. I used some random bgsm reader to reveal its nasty little secret.. I guess one overrides the other? because no matter what I did to modify the nif and make sure the files existed, the textures would appear just fine in the outfit editor.. but failed miserably in the game... its just silly lol

I've been trying to add the "Hardbody" body to these clothes/armors and it is driving me crazy. It can't be done the same way as shown HERE. That works for vanilla armors, but not 2pacs. Can anyone offer some help getting the hardbody added to one of these sets, I'd love to learn how so I can have these amazing armors with those abs.

Thanks.

That would be because those instructions are for default CBBE which this is not. I'm pretty sure you need to convert these to CBBE first, then convert to HB. I'm not positive though as I don't use it.

Your problem is you didn't have a Sir in the file structure, fixed.

Hello! I was wondering if anybody can help me with this.

The silver shroud replacer outfit is working great except when I look at my pip-boy the sleeves of the vanilla outfit are still showing (The gloves from the replacer are there though). I've tried to skim through these pages to see if it's already been answered(so I apologize if I missed it!) Guess I'm the only one having trouble with this :s

I downloaded everything except when it came to the meshes files I only grabbed the silver shroud folder since it was the only outfit I wanted.

Could this be another mod conflicting or a file I may have missed? I don't have any silver shroud-related mods either. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Happens to me as well with certain outfits.. although they show up normal when the camera zooms away from the pip. I don't know if that can be changed but I think (putting on my newbie hat) that it has something to do with the underlying mesh. Like a harness could have its color and parts of it changed.. but in the end the "base" is still the harness all worn and brown and yuck looking.. but zoomed away it look just the way the editor wanted it to be all pretty, shiny, and skimpy.

I don't know if that can be fixed, and I've come to live with it since I use my Ipad's pipboy app to get around :)

I have a glove on when using the pipboy, but when at rest, it's fingerless.. go figure lol

This is what all the file management looks like to me

The "workflow" would be like this:

1-Put the textures of the mesh in the game folder ( textures ofc)

2-Create one .BGSM material file for each piece in the mesh,,, at least thats how i do it

3-Edit the materials to point to the textures

But its not over yet..

4-Open the outfit .nif (using nifskope) in the shapedata folder at Bodyslide (or the finished outfit , your call)

5-Add the material folder path at the BShadelightningprop

And then after you point the textures in the materials and the materials in the mesh.. the texture should show up.. :dodgy:

Texture pathing on Outfit Studio does nothing game wise.

And then you get this:

Convert mine back to cbbe. My slider addon provides a melonstocbbe slider to to just this, then follow that tutorial you just posted

It's very late, so forgive me for overlooking or asking a question that's dumb, or has already been answered. Your Touched by Dibella preset looks nearly identical to CBBE curvy, rather than the original Touched by Dibella mod. Why is that?

Thanks for the response! Yeah it's really no big deal only a little peeve. I was just wondering if I did something wrong perhaps.
It's because I don't make the first person meshes, too much extra work for not enough payoff

Loving the mod so much that i cant stay out of thirdperson for very long. I am having an issue with the Grognak armor though. The armor looks vanilla with a nipple in the middle of my survivors stomach and it looks like some of her shoulder is missing/black. All the other armors look perfect. I installed with Mod Manager and my only other mod is CBBE (custom preset). Does anyone know what i should try to do to fix this or can host the file for the armor? I took a picture but cant figure out how to share.

I apologize if this is a really basic question.

Yesterday I saw many of 2pac's outfits in a youtube video of CBBE outfits and came to LoversLab to get them since his work does not seem to be available on Nexus.  On the first page of this discussion it says:

Armor and clothing Pack - The main file, always required

However, there is no link to this pack.

The intro also says Im having a friend of mine upload the mod to nexus, username is "tyronjam"   but I find no files on Nexus with this user name.

I have VERY basic Outfit Studio experience and would like to get 2pac's clothes to see what I might be able to do with them in my CBBE custom preset.

Where is the armor and clothing pack?

Thanks.

It shouldnt. Is the slider add on mod fully installed?

Sorry for late response, didn't expect a response that quick.

Yes, the body slide addon is installed manually.

Edit: Nothing fixes issues better than a quick wipe and re-install.

The issue was that the presets were going under CBBE's category for some reason.

Pretty sure it hasn't been added yet, he has pics of that and the Greaser but I don't think they are in yet.

OK i must be stupid...
For the life of me i can't get the batch build to work? I added the meshes to the data folder and then downloaded the bodyslide files and added them too. However when i batch build on cbbe curvy all the meshes are overwritten with the vanilla ones?
Help please.. tutorial or walkthrough.

For instance.. replaced athletic outfit still has melons and not curvy? Other outfits are returned to vanilla look???

Worked it out :D

Hey! Great Looking stuff! Some of these are not quite my personal taste, I'm wondering if there is a way to extract individual outfits? Like a Modular system?

I'm trying to change the legs and ankles of the Black Widow/ Courser mesh, but even after I build the changed mesh, nothing seems to change. I overwrote mesh/clothes/courserf.nif, so I'm not sure what's going on here. Any clues?

(Images later if you need them, gotta run for now.)
