Normally it gets unequipped during the Estrus animation, but skipping stages and probably script lag can cause it to not be removed. If you click on your character in console and type "inv", you should be able to find the estrus item marked as being worn by the player and use player.removeitem xxxxxxx 1 on it.

Now I can have spider relations without becoming a nest if my character practices "safe" sex. I do wish to report an issue I've been having with the spider spit paralysis->sex events. More often than not when a spider paralyzes and starts a sex scene with my character, the Sexlab scene bugs out. Both PC and spider simply stand on top of each other for 30 seconds or so, then the scene releases back to combat. Using Sexlab Tools shows that the animation appears to be on the final stage right from the beginning, and trying to change stage or animation has no effect. I believe this is the probably the same issue a few others had reported before. Spoiler is a papyrus log of the issue happening. I *do* have DD 4.0 installed, but I do not have the DD patch installed (I don't use tentacles with ES, and it appeared that the script for that was mostly about chastity belts blocking tentacle attacks). Also, I did a quick test just now - aggroed a bunch of spiders and got paralyzed -> bugged SL scene. Once the bugged scene stopped, I console teleported myself and the problem spider to the qasmoke cell and calmed the spider. I had no problems starting animations with that spider using Aroused Creatures invite function, and it was the same spider that had just glitched out from ES+. Could it possibly have something to do with how the three spider sizes are now considered separate for animation purposes in MNC? I have no clue how scripted calls for animations work, but perhaps ES+ is trying to start an animation for the wrong size of spider (example - giant spider animation for a small spider).

Reesewow Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 Only other issue to mention was that the paralysis effect doesn't play well with my particular setup (animation seems to try to start during the get up animation and cause issues like teleportation or falling through the world before being teleported back to the start point). It is probably a ragdoll issue, but I went ahead and deleted the paralysis effect on this version as I normally do and it does not seem to help with the animation bug issue. My load order is quite heavy and the save file is fairly old, so no huge rush trying to solve what may be a specific issue or mod conflict. I have no clue how many other people may be experiencing similar issues, especially if you don't see them on your setup.

A bit later I will try doing a uninstall -> clean save -> reinstall with this script and see if it makes any difference. Unless the sex script can be simplified even more, it probably isn't worth your time to keep digging just for my sake. Feel free to take my reports as raw data and hold off on working too hard on a fix unless others can confirm the issue happens to them as well. I can live without spider spit attacks and simply use ES+ as a Defeat/Spider Sex consequence mod, and it would be silly if it turns out that something I've done on this older save file is causing the issue, rather than any actual bug with the mod itself.

I tested this in my game with the new version, was on the path between the two forts and dawnstar. Had the paralyze option checked, spider spit hit several times then I became paralized, spider approached and then both actors stand there but no scene takes place. Second spider didn't recognize the scene and kept attacking, defeat kicked in my character went to the wounded animation. Scene with first spider ended and I stayed in the wounded crawl. Went first person jumped, back to third person and I could move. Spiders started to attack again, I tried the defeat surrender the spiders went calm but then started to walk away. Went into MCM switched from paralyze option to tentacles option, used the clean up function of defeat again. Spiders aggro'd got hit with spider spit and tentacles scene went off without a hitch. I didn't have papyrus logging on so have no logs to provide and I haven't tried any of the hotfixes posted recently. With the previous version I tested the paralyze option and it worked without any problems. Only change made to my setup was upgrading ES+
