I've been extremely lucky when I play where it hasn't happened to me, and trying to control how the ai treats you seems like a potential land-mine. Although, some of the things, like being made a slave, could happen to you. It's just best to have a heir in place in case you decide to give it a try.

If they decide to make you a slave, you should see some events.

If you're playing with a saved game, it won't apply the custom portraits, as they are granted as part of the character creation process. If you started over, have received Harley, and are not seeing a custom portrait - and instead are seeing one where it looks like she has a skin rash, then you may require one of the Portrait DLC packs that matches the area you're playing in. Heh. v0.61 will likely hit tonight. I found a little error. I don't clear the flag after you cast the immortality spell, which means you can cast it again and again without having to collect more life essence. I'm going to play through a bit more to see if there is anything else before I post it up.

I still am getting error messages trying to D/L it through here despite different browsers etc. I only was able to get the last version from an alternative D/L. Thanks to anyone who can help and keep up the awesome modding!

There are only a few custom portraits added, and they're all tied to special characters born from other events. Although, now that I think about it - if you already using another custom image mod (it's the only thing I can think when you mention other NPC's - such as Remedy's Anime mod), then this would indeed conflict with it. Hrm. If that's the issue, then I'll look at making a non-custom portrait version to upload as well.

dewguru Posted September 27, 2015 Author Posted September 27, 2015 Hello) How to become vampire? You'll need to wait for that functionality. The introduction of the werewolf made it into the latest patch. It was one or the other and I went with the werewolf. Vampires are coming soon though.

When you were saying that they weren't showing up, I was thinking that you weren't seeing the customized portraits (which is something I ran into early in testing). Are you talking about a lack of heads at all? Just portraits of the background? And are you using any other mods? If so, I'll look to see if there may be a compatibility issue as I understand that while not a complete portrait overhaul, some things like CKII+ aren't compatible due to a conflict.

Fuzzis Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 Alright so tried messing around with the event files. Tried to set it to different amounts of FROMs just in case. Tried changing the quadrupple FROMFROMFROMFROM to single, double and tripple FROMs, none of them worked, every time I tried out the event in the game I was still falling in love with myself, imprisoning myself, getting the werewolf bitch penalty towards myself and getting pregnant with myself. With the succubus event I could even kill myself. Oh and all generated werewolves are named "random", all lovercase and the first werewolf event is missing an "I" at the beginning of each option. The one that starts of the chain I mean, DWWerewolf.100. I figure the generated werewolf never gets bounced as an originator to any of the events, so that's why the FROMs don't work. Hope this is useful. EDIT: Simply deleting the lines name = random and DNA = random fixes the problems of both being, well, literally "random" The name as well as DNA get randomly generated.
