Question,

 

I am currently playing through TID 1.8 and the only quest or quests I wish to get to are the ones you are cooked and

eaten, my char is still a slave and I've done a few quests but I cant seem to reach the ones I want,  is there a way

to get to them faster or is there a way for me to use quest ID's to skip to these quests using the console ?? Maybe

if I am given the specific quest ID's I can try and skip to them using certain console commands to start them, I've done

quest skipping before with the console and I've seen it work.

No, except being eaten alive by Chaur Tegoth, but it's just a message box.

You can be cruxified with another slave, but that's all.

I started this mod and by the divines, the dialogues made me cringe a little. I'm not very good in grammar, but I spotted some weird stuff.

Suggestion: You will receive 200 Septims upon acceptance of the contract, 2000 after completion of the contract. The murderer is wanted dead or alive, what do you say?

Suggestion: No, going alone would make each of us vulnerable. We will go by team of two. [...]

I tried downloading the main file a few times today and it opens with a file error in MO

 

It's a .rar file.

Open it manually.

I always install mods manually.

There has been report of LL being somewhat crappy earlier this day. Try to open the archive with 7z to see if it's a proper file, chances are LL didn't send you a good file.

the file was completely empty. sorted it out later. thought it was odd that three attempts would yield the same results.

No, there was an issue with LL around the time he reported the error. It's that LL sent an empty file. It's all fine now.

I'm in the mines, fresh slave. I have mined 50 irons/rubble for the quest to validate the required 20. However when talking to the master, she doesn't remove the ore from my inventory and only tell me to get some rest. Which I did. And then nothing happened... Do I have to wait?

 

Also, the food given by the falmer isn't considered as food for Realistic Needs and Diseases which is an issue.

 

Before that, when exploring the butchery in windhelm, the story said I heard fighting. However, I did have to fight alongside my female friend prior to the notification... It may be a good idea to not spawn the chauruses and do a fade to black when the player pickup the ash statue.

 

Edit: Waited a bit and things proceeded somewhat poorly. I still have plenty of ore and rubble in my inventory. The things to do to advance the quest are quite confusing...

 

PS: I can speak french, if you want my reports to be in french I'd be happy to oblige.

- Mine ore : that's surely an error. There is a bed in a cage for rest (it will detect the quest stage)

 

- Hashep gives you a soup... you can also buy some food by doing the slaves traffic quest.

I figured out the mining thing, thanks. Beside, you did put a hint to use the bed in another of the following quests. So all I have to do is mine the required amount then go to sleep?

 

The soup given by Hashep do not have the proper parameters to be considered "food" by Realistic Needs and Diseases. That soup only has stamina and health regeneration. As it is not a vanilla item, some kind of patch or edit is needed and I don't know if TES5 can fix this for me.

 

I went further and I am now at the step where I have to choose between becoming a servant or a true falmer. The servant choice seems broken as once the player is laid on the "table" and the screen effect fades, nothing happens. I had to manually setstage to 90 (aTiD1zend I believe?) to regain freedom of movement. I don't know if this is game breaking, as I don't understand how scenes works. Can I safely continue after manually increasing the quest stage? Is there a missing script? I can see aTiD1zEndMutatorTriggerScript or other mutator related stuff, but not a lot regarding the servant path.

 

Another issue I've seen, and this is shared with FtD: merchants do not have any inventory and won't buy my items. Exception being the smithy, she has stuff and buy stuff. It's very strange. Is it related to the factions I am in?

I have also noticed several stack dump, which doesn't bode well for the state of my game. I haven't been dirty though, I'm not really sure why the game is dumping stacks.

 

I can see that there has been a lot of dedication and time put into this mod. The city is fabulous. It is quite sad to have it soiled with bad english though, especially when the player needs to understand the quest requirements. The sentences you write are sometimes really bad, and I can't stress this enough, sometimes very hard to understand.

 

Lastly, about the arena fights, should I disable defeat and/or death alternative while fighting in? It would really help if some form of link between your mods and DA existed, it could serve to give more scenes to the player as to what happens. Also, the three opponents aren't aggressive towards the player and as soon as I hit one, the other two tried to run away. I would love to get the same arena mechanic from the oblivion's game arena though. With several stages of difficulties and different opponents.

 

And the last one (for real this time), is the cooking job. I never managed to succeed this one. I can't cook the human flesh, and there is no option for me to do so through the cooking interface. I was also thoroughly disappointed to not see gory details of dismemberment as I chop down the slave corpse. Not even a drop of blood :(

Another issue I've seen, and this is shared with FtD: merchants do not have any inventory and won't buy my items. Exception being the smithy, she has stuff and buy stuff. It's very strange. Is it related to the factions I am in?

I have also noticed several stack dump, which doesn't bode well for the state of my game. I haven't been dirty though, I'm not really sure why the game is dumping stacks.

 

I can see that there has been a lot of dedication and time put into this mod. The city is fabulous. It is quite sad to have it soiled with bad english though, especially when the player needs to understand the quest requirements. The sentences you write are sometimes really bad, and I can't stress this enough, sometimes very hard to understand.

 

Lastly, about the arena fights, should I disable defeat and/or death alternative while fighting in? It would really help if some form of link between your mods and DA existed, it could serve to give more scenes to the player as to what happens. Also, the three opponents aren't aggressive towards the player and as soon as I hit one, the other two tried to run away. I would love to get the same arena mechanic from the oblivion's game arena though. With several stages of difficulties and different opponents.

 

And the last one (for real this time), is the cooking job. I never managed to succeed this one. I can't cook the human flesh, and there is no option for me to do so through the cooking interface. I was also thoroughly disappointed to not see gory details of dismemberment as I chop down the slave corpse. Not even a drop of blood :(

 

 

So, my english is so bad ? I have a PhD in science, published several articles, and I was Post doc in Hungary and Czec republic...

 

But, yes, mods requires lot of writing, and there is no automatic correction...

 

I will fix the most weird sentences, if you send them to me (I already done the job with the sentences you already sended).

 

For Hashep soup : the "food" box is checked, so, for vanilla skyrim, it's food... for RNAD, I don't know, i never used that mod.

 

The servant choice is not bugged : player is totally paralysed intil the neurax worm establish the synaptic connections, it can take 2 minutes.

 

All my merchants works, except the MiscItems ones (like Anezka in TID, and two merchants in FTD) : I don't know why...

 

Yes, there are errors with the mutator sword, and I don't know how to fix it...

 

Arena ; it's the first time I designed an arena, so it's just three warriors. Their factions and IA are good, but I do'nt know why they still don't want to fight... if you fight, you should disable death alternative. So death will be death.

 

And for the cooking stuff, I just wanted to not make the mod too heavy (it's already a DLC like job !). You can still behead your slaves and followers...

I just wanted to raise the issue that some of your lines are so badly put together that it becomes a genuine problem rather than a mere inconvenience. This is probably the weakest point of your mods. Don't believe I do not understand, as I struggle too to express myself in this language. Sometimes I get stuck on a sentence, and rewrite it several times to get it to mean something or rather to properly represent my thoughts. Yes it is though and takes a long time to properly think of and write dialogues, but it is an essential part that cannot be slacked. I just can't stress this enough, however beautiful a mod can be made, it will still be as good as its dialogues or storytelling. Yes, it is an art form :P

 

Apparently, the human flesh recipe is linked to a cookpot of FormID 00084D1D. Based on what TES5Edit is telling me, it's the only recipe that has a reference to that item. The other items are linked to a cookpot of ID 000A5CB3. The recipe may not be available for the player because the appropriate crafting station is missing.

 

About the servant choice, do you mean that I have to do nothing but to stare at my screen for 2 minutes? If so, could you let the player know that it is intended and the mod isn't broken? My experience taking that choice is: laying down, health damage, screen effect, nothing. And if nothing takes time, most people will assume something went wrong. Especially since the actors present aren't doing anything either.

kinda stuck can't on the milk for Kozel quest, i dont know where to go and cant find the milk pump

 

Talk to Kozel. The milkpump is in the Inn basement.

Oh right, I forgot the milking stuff. One of the pump (MKII) doesn't seem to work while the other will generate over 10 unit of milk regardless of the status of the player (on the pump/free).

 

Anyhow, I wonder if TiD would recognize the Milk Mod Economy if it were installed and use it instead to generate milk.

 

Another thing that has picked my curiosity: does TiD use SD+, if present, to handle the slavery? By the way, the zaz items used by this mod can be removed by the player, and as such are somewhat useless :P

Same here, all I get are rumors of a mad man or people that don't care. Do I need to keep asking people or go to solitude where that mad dremora servant is dwelling?

That's exactly why I rarely play custom quests, too much time wasted trying to understand what to do next.
