Delzaron Posted November 24, 2016 Author Posted November 24, 2016 Hi, just got question on one of the slavery quest. I think the last quest of slave traffic. My pc is supposed to find a letter but I cannot find it. I follow the NPC (Fibnette? )to where she slept. But I cannot find any letter in her room. Can anyone help with that? I don't think I ever done that one quest, sorry. aTID1SlaveTraffic, I think that is the quest ID. Last part of that quest. The letter is supposed to be in her room, but maybe there is a problem (several NPCs lives in that room, so one could possibly equip it).

Anyway, I started TITD, and made it to the Centurions, I shut them down and spoke to Daithe. That gave me a quest to go back the Slave Towers.....then nothing...nit sure if the script is hung up, or I missed something. Any help would be awesome!
bicobus Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Yeah, you need to sleep/wait in one of those cells. Get some rest and the quest should progress. It's not hung up, just one of the multiple quirks of this mod

That's just because a script is not loaded in the first stage of the quest. That's a little change to do (I'm changing the slavery part, it will be more like CD one).

You need to talk to it. If you have defeat, hit the "k" key. Otherwise, SL Dialogues could help you. Yes, the chaurus have a dialogue. It's the same in next quests : you'll need to talk to other creatures (Chaur Tegoth, some falmers, etc...) There are options fir use your follower instead of you...

bicobus Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 I had to ditch my playthrough, as it became unplayable and in a broken state. I knew it would happen, but kept going anyway. I originally didn't think it would be that big of a mod. After playing From the deep, I thought this would be another sympathetic and lovecraftian small mod. I was wrong. If you are planning on working on this mod to refine it, I'd suggest to drop optional quest lines and focus on the main one and make it rock solid. Both in a narrative and technical aspect. Focusing on one aspect will help with the workload and allow you to properly address the important issues. The size of the underground city is impressive, I only wish there weren't so much copy/past from existing area. As I look into my papyrus log, I get a lot of those due to it (64 is TiD index). TID is very big, compared to FTD. FTD only propose an arc of quests, and a village. TID proposes an entire fonctionnal city, with more than 100 NPCs, and a large story. Yes it's need some refine, and I'll need help for that.

One question about Gelebor quest,do I to do the vanilla quest in dawnguard before or it doesn't matter?I've tried the teleport spell too but nothing happened Gelebor wasn't there. thanx for the answer

Yes, maybe a problme with the scene. Setstage it for now. I'm rebuilding the entore slavery part. It will be available in the next version, with a small quest about forsworns (so, cross over between AFS and TID).
Delzaron Posted December 3, 2016 Author Posted December 3, 2016 I'm rewriting the slavery part. Now it will be more "linear", and will take that form : 1 general quest : aTID1Slave. It's lead the end of the slavery part and to the slavejob quests. SlaveJob : it's the quest trigger related to your master. So, they are 3 : Luna Nerva, Daithe, Hashep. They have linked to the slaves tasks (so, repeatible quests, only triggered by the approrpioate slave job quest). Each SlaveJob have alimited count : for example : if you make 4 tasks for Daithe, the slavejobDaithe quest will stop, and you'll need to talk to daithe (so, atid1slave) in attempt to get your new slavejob. It's based on the SlaveNote. The score is that : 0 : Death (1 quest) 0-2 : Luna Nerva (2 tasks) 2-6 : Daithe (5 tasks) 6+ : Hashep (5 tasks) Taks are specific with jobs, except Simza and Arena (triggered by Daithe and Hashep jobs quests). If you have aideas about tasks, it will be welcomed.

Delzaron Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 I tried to rework the slavery part, but it's a gigantic failure... all the repeateable quest are doing stupid things, dialogues disappears... that's an hell ! So, I think I will keep the slavery part as it was in the first place...

Event the atid1slavetaskMutator works... So, it will be time to fix the cross events, and to release the next version.
