I just use this for NPCs to interact with each other since the player can manually approach people with other mods but NPCs can't and only end up raping each other in battles a la Defeat and stuff.

Or you can delete "You" from the .esp in the CK or TES5Edit. I am not 100% positive if these methods are safe though." I disabled it in-game, haven't heard of it since...

If you mean under the player's prefs selecting exclude doesn't do anything but stop the player from getting some booty call. You still speaks constantly though driving one insane. :i

I totally agree with your opinion - I liked (and I still do) SLSL for NPC-NPC interaction. Actually I wrote to Dooge that it was the mod I had been waiting for since Morrowind in fact (and through F3 & FNV as well). But there were some requests from users about PC/NPC and Dooge added the function. And you're right - excluding the Player via MCM doesn't help.

You still speaks constantly though driving one insane. :i Hrmm, My PC doesn't say anything when I tick that, she doesn't get approached, nor does she try to approach anyone. Are you playing as male? Maybe that's why.

Maybe that's why. Well... Don't know what to say more... Actually, I'm glad it worked for you. Although I don't quite understand it. And I'm rather sure it doesn't matter which sex your character is... Anyway, I'm quite positive that the best way is either sending "you" into the oblivion via console or, if you want to preserve the NPC-PC interaction, to use the obscure patch I've mentioned earlier.

Also in case it persisted in your safe prid the refid's: xx0332e3 (female) xx0332e4 (male) In case you don't know SLSL's number, type "help adcspeaker" in the console. It keeps saying that an actor is dead and necrophilia is turned off, or it says an actor is sleeping and rape is turned off. But it's not turned off, i turned on everything. Am I missing something or is it a bug?

rbx3 Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 I fixed my You problem. I was running a bandit alternate life, and You was getting attacked by all bandits. 1. Go into TES5EDIT and edit adcSexlife.esp 2. Copy the custom race code that You's belong to. For me, it was 04024F40. Paste this in a text file and save it. 3. Change both You's races to Nord. This will make You easily click-able. 4. Go into the game, wait for You to spawn. Laugh at You's silly antics while it is attacked. Don't forget to open the console. 5. Open the console, click You. Use addfac to add You to all factions that prevent spontaneous attacking of You. For me, this includes the bandit-friendly faction 000E0CD9 6. Wait for You to despawn. Save the game and close it. 7. Edit adcSexlife.esp again in TES5EDIT. Change the two You's races back to 04024F40, or whatever it happens to be (no idea if this is variable, but at least noting it down). 8. Your You will no longer be attacked by that faction, and it will be functional. It will continue to be invisible. If you want, you can use TES5EDIT to make You super small in its Object Bounds settings while you are at it. This all would need to be done every time you start a new storyline. It doesn't totally 100% solve all You problems, but solves some of them.

Halleaon Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Just in case anyone's interested, I merged the patch for the 'you' issue where it wouldn't teleport away when not in use by skyrimll (for those that don't want to completely disable their ability to use the mod for the PC but get really annoyed with 'you' following you around 24/7) with altered conversational dialogue for the mod. I basically went through and fixed the more glaring grammatical and punctuation errors (not all, i'm sure I missed some, but the really bad ones), corrected some spelling errors, and replaced some of the dialogue that seemed out of place or awkward, such as when the npc's would say 'and that's the true-true' (which has now become 'and that's the truth') not a huge tweak but it helps. Just install over the main mod and overwrite files. If anyone has enough knowledge of how to remove the 'you' character from the esp entirely feel free to do so. adcSexlifepatch.zip

I tried disabling the mod, loading and saving, then enabling it again but it still doesn't appear. Though when typing help sexlife in the console I can see some data about the mod so its there right?

You're using both 1.3.4 and 1.3.5 together, right? 1.3.5 only includes the .esp file and is supposed to be installed on top of 1.3.4.

I've been using it for my latest playthrough and I've so far failed to see a single instance of sex being initiated. I mean, the NPC's go up to each other and it says that someone's making a move, but then they just stand there and stare and nothing further happens. Am I doing something wrong here or?

(must have both installed in order for it to work properly) and are your other mods that require animations like sexlab working properly? (-can you initiate sex outside of this mod?) and do you have all the hard dependencies installed? sexlife can be very tempermental, if all else fails, try moving it to the bottom of your load order.

I'm not totally gone, fixing the mod is on my mind every now and then, and I do intend to do it, so there is hope It's just not so easy task since I do not have the original development setup since I switched my computer, it takes considerable amount of tweaking to get everything to working properly before you can even start to mod. I won't write more until the forum switch is done and proven to work.

The NPC's just run up to each other and persist to just stand there and nothing further happens. Load Order adjustment didn't help either. Looking forward to the updates.

It took me a while to fin d out what "you" is (i almost got paranoid) and sometimes the approaches in the middle of a fight don't come in handy, but still this one is an esssential mod for my game.
