Oh, totally different topic, I was meaning to ask: in order to prevent scenes triggering in the middle of a quest, is there a way to temporarily turn the mod off? (Sorry if this has already been discussed.)

I will plan for a system that allows variety and does not restrict animations. My only problem is that I wanted to make few categories of sex, rape, unpleasant, normal, loving, passionate. I would like to have some way to show this, using tags was easy way but it can easily become too restrictive. Maybe there is a balance... but then again it is best to leave it to the user. Need to think about it and frankly... I don't know much about the animations, like how many there are for each tag and so on.

 

Beer is better but in my Dooge role I guess cookies heh.

probaly add a conversation check and it pass on them then?

 

First tick in the MCM, "Mod enabled" should do the job. I havent tested it but it should just skip any poll if this option is checked.

I can see wanting to restrict by "mood", that's great! But yeah, I'd not restrict by orientation simply because of the lack of animations which are tagged that way.

some things i noticed

1. needs to start disabled or atleast the assign oreintation is disabled. using sexlab oreintation is best

2. it shouldnt ever check the PC for the a1 slot.

3. can get stuck on selecting a random npc. went to markath to check on the body changed to a npc i made. went inside a buildign with just PC and arissa yet it keep

8. on continueing a game sexlife loads to fast and stresses the sytem causing alot more ctd. might want to add some way to have it wai till the first check goes on for activity

I have a question - is it possible to alter a racist trait? I mean racist will sleep not only with same race but with "specific". For example Isolda agrees for sex only with Imperials, although she's Nord.

Or perhaps you can add a new trait based on what i've mentioned above?

It is possible to make a race+compatibility+table that everyone will follow. I have no idea of Skyrim lore so someone else should take up the task of deciding and then I can code it no problem.

1) Maybe I change the default setting to OFF. Will think about it more.

 

2) It picks randomly for slot A1 and A2, and then refuses the actors if they are not suitable. In programming terms that is same thing as "not checking someone for some role". 

 

3) Same as 2. The actor selected maybe in that room earlier or later in the game. So it was not deemed suitable so it got refused.

 

4) Why is arousal not good? I don't want this mod to force sex every 30 seconds. Sex happens if it happens and the users should not have much control over that.

 

5) Sounds like a lot but it is either random or comes from the preset files. Change the preset .json files or change the attributes by hand.

 

6) Maybe. I'll keep it in mind when I change the code. Depends on how easy it is to detect.

 

7) Yes I will ease off the tags. WIll check upcoming sexlab 1.6 to see what features it offers for this problem.

 

8) Might be good idea to delay the first check by 2 minutes.

2) Set entire race schlongs above treshold (using SOS) for Sizequeen.

3) ???

4) Profit!!

Not sure how to manage something alike for males and, oh, comments your actress will make won't be suitable I think.

 

About lore - your Source file has list of NPC's preferences and activities, f.e. miss Lioness is faitful and will be a good wife but she has secret passion for Redguards.

You totally wrote about something completely else that was my point, but you have a good idea there... Sizequeen can not resist a big dick and that will overcome the racist trait. LOL

D  -   x   -   x

Where A-D are races and x is considered same and - is not. For example C could be Khajit.

I can make the "racists" table ;-). Maybe just not today.

 

I am currently preparing/organizing a list of SL/NSAP animations per types/tags, so that they could properly assigned according to sexual orientation and/or traits. I need to understand why some animations are played by certain mods (like Random Sex or Matchmaker) and not by SLSL, so if I'm the only one to use it, that's fine :-).

 

BTW, latest version of SLSL is working smoothly for me (I'll keep testing), also it's OK with Immersive Citizens (@y_sengaku was right) - I'm curious about it's "lover's function" (quote: NPCs involved in a romance will meet regularly in low-populated areas. If it is a forbidden romance, they will meet outside their city/village) in connection with SLSL.

Hey,

 

14.1 was doing very well.  Several hours of gameplay and going smooth.  Then dialogue with no animation.  Recreated situation and had Debug to screen switched on.  (I know Dooge doesn't care for that one)  Debug says the reason for no animation is because "No animation found with tags +MM".  Edit: Seems to be intermittent, random.  I'm saving this point in my game for troubleshooting purposes.   

 

I'm a noob using Mod Organizer and I don't know where to find the papyrus/SLSL logs.  Sorry.  If someone could give some quick instruction on where those are located I'd greatly appreciate it. 

Other than that this mod is working great. 

 

Couple of little details.  Characters are looking at "you" and not the PC (usually staring at PC's feet).  And that dialogue "F.O. or you're going to get hurt" has become very old fast and is extremely OOC for my characters.  Especially between followers or PC and followers, just doesn't work.

You can find the logs in this folder: My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script. They are named "Papyrus.#.log"

AFAIK there are MM-tagged animations in NSAP (but not in SL). I don't know what "MM+" may be, though.

(If you want to use NSAP (which I highly recommend) be sure to read the instructions and follow them to the letter, it'll save you worries in the future)

Yeah I'm trying to figure out exactly how to get it integrated toggles and more toggles NSAP toggles and SexLab Animation toggles.  Half of these animations have no clue what they are.  lol  Have to run, I'll test later and perhaps that little error will be gone.

Actually SLA doesn't toggle. NSAP does...

Dooge, just a FYI the sex with lover still is not working is there anyway you can think of fixing it.

 

If I have the Faithful trait it gives the Virgin responce, but if they lock onto other one other than me I still get the comments as if they was my wife cheating on me (aka rank 4)

 

Maybe do it that anyone rank 4 is considered a lover regardless if spouse or not, though I cant even have it with my spouse so I have no idea whats going on it use to work.


I did check there all rank 4 to player, even a clean game does not work

Added the NSAP animations but that error is still coming up and it's actually "no +MM" tags.  Toggle the animations you want in NSAP then do the animation rebuild with SL then to be detailed, go in and select which  animations I want toggled on in aggressive/normal/foreplay.  The last step can be skipped but I don't.  hehe  Unless there some animations in there specifically tagged "MM".  *shrugs*  Let me look at the source file....

The latest version of SLSL forces tag generated from the gender of the participants. Female and Male would be FM. Two males MM and two female FF. When this requirement is combined with the other tags, it results with no animations found at all. It will change for next update since it was not a good move.

Where A-D are races and x is considered same and - is not. For example C could be Khajit.

 

 

While I think your idea of 'racist' table offers some interesting possibilities,

I consider the original 'racist' trait  in a strict sense still as valid for most cases. 

 

To give an example, in addition to beast races you mentioned,

a thalmor high-elf would not choose anyone other than her/his own race

as a possible sexual partner/ parent of their child. 

Mating with other elven races like dark-elf would be out of question, I assume. 

(of course I'm not so specialized in TES lore, so please correct

my mistakes if I made them).

 

At least as for my part of work in vanilla NPCs' attributes

(about 60%?, I think), I would not have distributed  the 'racist' attribute

to such a NPC who was married with or feel attracted to anyone other than

her/his own race. 

 

Instead I rather suggest an alternative of another, more 'casual' racist attribute,

either as defined by your idea of 'racist' table, or just giving some penalty to

initiate flirting with any other NPC than her/his own race (as implemented 

in Sexlab Romance's racial preference toggle), along with the original,

'rigorous' one.

I'll patiently wait for the update and use it as is.  No biggie.  Where are instructions to setup for papyrus/SLSL debugging?  Something isn't turned on somewhere the folder and logs aren't being generated.  I use Mod Organizer.
  Edit:  Oooo  have to add lines to the Skyrim.ini file..  that would be in my Mod Organizer Profile folder.  Cool. 

  I assume no lines have to be added for SLSL.

Yes... the problem is I have no idea of the lore, I do not know if there are any races that consider themselves "as one" with other races. My point was that it can be easily coded if it is relevant, but I have no idea if it is relevant.
