I mean when you start the mission, the mission will not be finished at the same time.
dechurch Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Delzaron, I'm having an issue with the Eye of the Deeps slave quest: the screen is still dark after I come back from the breeding hall. I don't know if that's been reported by anyone else. I've tried it on two separate games with different characters. Same thing, both times. I can hear Arthrarak waking around and talking, and I can use the console, but I can't see anything. And it seems like I can't move. At least I hear no footsteps when I try.

Alploochra Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 Yeah, dialogues, quest messages and ingame messages are being rewritten (grammar & style), sometimes even names are changed, so you'll probably want to wait for a stable and up-to-date version to be released to translate it.It's your choice.I've no problem with you translating the mod and letting the chinese community try it, and Delzaron's okay too, as it seems.Thanks for asking in any way. Ich habe folgendes Problem und zwar stecke ich in diesem Questteil fest 'Tide is coming. Finalize the convertion of the city'. Man muss Sybille Stentor ansprechen, danach Viarmo und Freir, soweit so gut. Nur geht es bei Freir nicht weiter außer das sie pausenlos Sex will. Ist nicht weiter schlimm aber ich möchte gern weiter spielen, wie gesagt die Quest geht bis zu Freir, Sie gibt mir kein ok. Meine Frage, hab ich etwas übersehen, muss ich etwas abwarten oder was mache ich falsch? Ich wäre für jede Hilfe sehr dankbar! Was mir auch auffällt, der Armor (tentacle armor) wird mir trotz richtiger Body Mod nicht richtig angezeigt. Auch hier wäre ich über jegliche Hilfe dankbar. Vielen Dank im voraus.
Alploochra Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 - Try using the console "setstage aFTD3Solitude2 10", "setstage aFTD3Solitude2 20", "setstage aFTD3Solitude2 30", ... till it works (save before)- Body mods are mixed, one armor is only cbbe, the other is only unp. We will try to change that.

I keep getting prompts that I can't post something I haven't attached, and deleting all my text. It works! Also, if I should have Spoiler tagged the below text to save space, sorry for not doing it. Fairly new to LL. Bug 1) I read earlier in the support topic that the mod starts by talking to an innskeeper, THEN talking to Falk. For me it starts immediately upon finishing character creation. Bug 2) Sometimes the note in the basement of the inn doesn't move the quest stage, prompting a setstage necessity. Bug 3) Sometimes, like 50% of the time, when I get captured and thrown into the slave jail, there are no NPCs besides the angry rapist orc woman in the chair. That forces me to figure out the code of the NPC I need to talk to, the noblewoman with the parasite, and spawn her in via player.placeatme. After that, at some random point in time in the near 30 minutes or so, I'll get randomly force-fast traveled back to that slave jail with all the slaves there this time, and with all the old dialogues I had already gone through. In fact, a lot of old dialogues from previous quests seem to stick around a lot. Is that supposed to happen? Bug 4) Is something supposed to happen with the woman that's very fertile becomes a slave in lieu of you when you leave the slave jail? She just stands around for me after the cutscene in which nothing happens. Bug 5) When corrupting Insmouth fully, and when you have to enslave the "slut elf noblewoman" whose name eludes me, after the inn's whore boinks her she equips the parasite armor and stops responding. No quest stage is advanced, forcing a setstage. Bug 6) When corrupting Solitude, talking to all four required NPCs (the blacksmith, the old guy with the debts, the fletcher, and the alchemist old lady) does nothing. Setstage is required once more. Bug 7) As I've noticed several others have also encountered this bug, it shouldn't need much elaborating. It's the bug with Erikur and the quest where you get raped, and you jog out to that house north of the building where you were supposed to get raped. Setstage to 150 bypassed it, but I think it may have broke parts of everything afterwards, since everything after had an issue in some way or another. Bug 8) When helping to milk the Lurkers, the quest log says to find 5 people. Yet I could only find 3, with one slave already in the Lurker pens with the Priestess without me even talking to her. Nothing happened when I got there after the Lurkers, despite the pop-up that tells me about waiting for the others (which didn't go away after completion of the quest, by the way). When I forced setstage to the next part of the quest, the Priestess says something along the lines of, "Only three people? Well, you and I can help them out." If this is intentional, I think that the quest log should only mention 3 other slaves, or some general revision of dialogue so that it works, and that the quest stage advances after talking to the people, much like the issue with the corrupting Solitude bug. Bug 9) Every stage in the mod after being sent into the Dream with Urshulgie is bugged. I had to advance with setstage for every remaining stage until the end of the mod. Bug 10) At the conclusion of the mod's story, I can't serve the Lord by sleeping with Lurkers because Eye of the Deeps never started at any point, and thus (I think, with my limited modding knowledge) that that was why the green elf guy with the dialogue to send me into the dream never could send me in. I have to force-start it by setting its quest stage to 10 with setstage. With that done the dialogue teleporting worked, but once in the Dream the priestess I was supposed to talk to had two issues. 1) She was beneath the floor, swimming in midair. Access was only possible with TCL. 2) Her dialogue made me have sex with her, but there was nothing for having sex with the Lurkers. The Breeder doesn't say anything, and earlier in this topic I think it was mentioned that she's supposed to initiate Lurker sex as well? Despite all these problems the mod was very interesting and kept me playing it. The Lovecraft theme was fresh and provided a great atmosphere. My thanks to all the people involved in this mod and the Skyrim Corruption Project in general!

Add a "troubleshooting" section to the top post that should include a list of known quest-stopping bugs and their workarounds. 3. Consider adding a section with the console commands needed to progress stuck quests. Not all of us know how to do this and I've seen it suggested as a fix multiple times in this thread. 4. Considering adding the ability to skip dialog in the cut-scenes. About the 3rd time I had to endure the scene leading to the cross, due to one of the cross-related bugs, I was ready to uninstall this mod and forget it. Being able to skip dialog to shorten the dragging scenes would make working around the bugs more tolerable. 5. Add a MCM option to pause, quit, or end the various quests in this mod. 6. Add a MCM option to pause, remove, or undo the effects of this mod on player character. Observations/Comments: This mod is extremely buggy (as of version 2.5). It seems to fall somewhere between alph and beta stages of maturity. I have experienced everything from stuck on environment to quests that simply will not progress. Please don't take these comments as hostile. What you are creating is very cool and this mod will be a lot of fun to play when it is finished. I love the creativity and hope to see a playable version of this mod in the near future. Question: Is there a breed of gamer out there that actually derives enjoyment and pleasure from the forum experience? Bouncing back and forth between playing a mod and the forums searching for how to get un-stuck. Is this fun for you? Again, I'm not trying to be hateful in any way. Just in reply of your latest question... part of the pleasure of modding a game is to make the mod work. A user is a rather active part in the mod development.

Okay, can you...There's also the fact that SkyCorr wants your choices to have definitive consequences.The module is still in alpha and wIp on the other hand, for some reason (i'm pretty sure has been found as close as this morning and if i'm right i'm pretty pissed at Delzaron about it) the scripts work on his build and not ours, so for him it wasn't an alpha anymore and he took that out of the OP.I haven't the rights to correct the OP and have my Quick Reminder for the Nice Betatester added to the OP, but people can make a topic search. Yes, there are.That's also how nearly all modders began modding.User feedback is also the only way we have to gather datas, we can't pay for quality control.On a modding forum, you'd perhaps not hope to find only finished industry-standart mods, but mods actually in modding stage (nearly none are ever finished)

In fact, a lot of old dialogues from previous quests seem to stick around a lot. Is that supposed to happen? First time you qre cqpturer, you should be forcegreeted by Artharak, not by the angry orc. You cant go to to the others slaves. Mankara will send you into the jail, after you spoke to her. She just stands around for me after the cutscene in which nothing happens. Yeah of course. A small scene, and she's teleported into the breeding hall. Bug 5) When corrupting Insmouth fully, and when you have to enslave the "slut elf noblewoman" whose name eludes me, after the inn's whore boinks her she equips the parasite armor and stops responding. No quest stage is advanced, forcing a setstage. Not normal, theses dialogues are already debugged... did you already talk to Gwenaelle ? Bug 6) When corrupting Solitude, talking to all four required NPCs (the blacksmith, the old guy with the debts, the fletcher, and the alchemist old lady) does nothing. Setstage is required once more. Its the waspekento() script.... it worked for AFS (AqqH made it) I dont know why its not working here. There is q similar script for the enquiry quest, and its work... Raelek dialogue bugging.... and having sex with Kurshul intead of lurkers is normal... you re a priestress after all... maybe i will made a chooseing dialogue at that stage. I will made an effort an purchase a new fresh version of skyrim. I hope it will solve the scripts properties miscompilating. You need the behavior of an analyst to enjoying that... and the knowledge of console, of course.
Aliris Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 As for the cross scene issues, here's my suggestion: Instead of having everyone walk over, I'd create and entirely separate single-use cell that replicates the hall, with all the various actors already there. You could just jump the player in, lead them to the cross, and then start the ceremony scene. Since the player is going to get teleported anyway at the end, it might work better that way, rather than having to wait on the various NPCs, or trying to teleport them in, etc.
Alploochra Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 1- What was causing it ?2- The quest does point you at a tub if you select it.3- Delzaron is supposed to get rid of the pc-under-control scenes and add moveto commands for his scenes that need npcs to play. If he does what's on the to-do list this time (last time i sent him a bug list it resulted in Ravenous instead)All the scripts-related bugs may have a common problem that may have been found yesterday, things may be far better in the next beta release.
