Is there a mod like Nrass Story Progression for Sims 4? Or something that gives time requirements for certain events in-game such as relationship? I just started playing sims 4 for the first since I bought it on release, it's been 2 in-game days and I am now married with triplets on the way, so I kinda wanna be paced.

I remember there was a backup on some thread that had default and not default versions of ephemera skins  (sorry If I don't recall where but it was some time ago and  I've visited so many sites to try to refind it with no luck that my head is a mess)  but can't find it either. 

Can somebody help me? The skin or the link to the back up will be greatly apreciated.
