SullenMan Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 when the modes take on a similar phrase of development - the wise authors lay out the new screenshots and video to prove that their project is not dead. And so we are here do some "pray" to "Schrödinger's cat" or a corpse in a box. I like spread even raw version of my mod for the strategy to all the people see and helps... at this moment there is a "hollow of hope" and "corner of talking"...
Guest Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 *sigh*,thomthom hasn't logged in for over a month now. This project has been dormant for a while. Tis a shame. There's probably a legitimate reason why he is not here, it makes sense on why people would be complaining, I'm starting have urges.
grumbler Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 This mod should inspire people to go ahead and learn the CS so they can mod this to their liking. I have, and so have others. Have at it, complainers!

The Mod as Nice , something different .
monolith Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 What encouraging words... "the wise man", implying that thomthom is not "wise" because we don't see any screens of upcoming updates. "legitimate reason" is another good one. Does anyone need a "legitimate reason" not to do work for free and then keep that work updated and deliver ever more? I ask myself more what his legitimate reason for doing more work would be. After all, what he gets for what he did, is complaints. For what he did not do, even more complaints about why he did not do it and sooner and better. You get what you get and can be either grateful, indifferent, or annoyed because you dislike the work others have done. All this is ok. Hoping for more is ok too. Whishing for more is, of course, very much ok too. But expecting more? Asking for more free stuff and complaining for lack of support? I think not. Did you pay 70 bucks for 6 hours of gameplay? Did you just fall for a 30 million adcampaign for a stupid product? Did you or thomthom enter any legaly binding agreeement or contract that entitels anyone to anything at all? Who knows... but i bet you a imaginary bitcoin that this is not the case. And just in case you are wondering why i write this: I just make use of my godgiven right to fucking complain about anything and everything at all. And all of you owe me everything because i did..., i have.., I am... well, you just owe me ok!? It's written somewhere but i can't remember where right now.
Guest Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 True, none of us here have invested time or money into the production of this mod, so we can't demand nor expect updates or content. Personally, I'm vowing that once I get a new computer, I'll dedicate some of my time to start modding, I think it's about time. I want to contribute here, but that won't happen for a bit The thing is, thomthom never said anywhere that he allowed us to edit or continue his work. My main concern is not that he won't finish it, but that he won't ever return here again, when I start modding, I'd like to help. Hopefully I'm wrong, and somewhere in the 58 pages of complaints and comments that he gave people permission. I'm personally done with just lurking, modding has... intrigued me for a while now. I hope that one day more than less than 1% of the community here will contribute to the development of adult mods to come...
monolith Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 You don't have to do some modwork yourself. Do it if you like it and i would be glad and grateful if it turns out something cool, and so will others. Don't do it and I for one will never hold that agianst you. And please do not misunderstand my rant as the so often made argument "If you can't do something like that, you have no right to complain". I am not a doctor, yet i expect good service from a doctor, because i pay him. I am not a game designer, but i expect good games or i will not pay gamedesigners for the work they did. But modding is more like volunteer community work. Nobody should go to a volunteer and tell him hes a lazy fuck for not working more for free. It would be wrong, for example, to tell the red cross they should get a move on and dammn well save more lives so we have to spend less tax money on development aid. In a way i find it funny that a lot of people await skyrim or other titels eagerly and will swallow anything from a big corporation and even pay them a lot of money for half finished stuff. But on the other hand the same people will demand from a single dude somewhere on the internet to make mods for them for free in his spare time. ofc in another way i find this... sad, even tragic.
herpman Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Regarding the mod, though, I only seem to see the "training" and "rest" events, it's getting kinda boring, I was expecting some kind of escalation. Is this a glitch? Any of you tinkerers out there make a patch or something to make it less repetitive? How can I speed things up and not spend an hour with no actual game to this?
Hitman69 Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 That's all there is, ATM. As far as we know, ThomThom is still developing this further.
GSBmodders Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 The Scripts aren't for Beginners like me . start with small scripts, like adding items to your inventory, creating unique traps, maybe script a single line of dialog get a feel for how scripts work work and then get more complex like scripting a bar fight that starts over an argument about who has the biggest penis learning to script is fun as long as you pick fun themes. it's when you go for complex + boring that it makes your eyes bleed.

Umm I dont mind animating though Seems a lil easier and fun Cheers
Reigor Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 My hope is Thomthom will eventually return from whatever has him occupied and continue to work on this. Of note I ran across this discussion in the Fallout: New Vegas/Sexout Sewerslave thread, quoted from the author Dogface: "RE: Sexout SewerSlave When I realised how much work it takes to make a single "Slave adventure" type plugin I soon realised there can only be great slave adventures where you're passed from owner to owner if there are multiple modders making multiple plugins, which would soon be nightmare of inconsistancies and incompatibilities. So I abandon this one to work on a master esm that will read all loaded and compatible PC-slavery mods and can be activated when it's time to sell the player and handle the trading and transport from owner to owner (from mod to mod, potentially by totally different modders). In theory, if you had six different PC-slavery mods by six different authors, and they all tied theirs to my master, when it becomes time to sell the player away they could just set a flag for my mod to randomly pick a new owner and send the player on their way there. It could also handle common items like collars, gags, blindfolds, slave gruel, etc. to keep them from having many identical copies that are treated as seperate items because they come from seperate mods." I believe from what Thomthom has said in the past that he wanted to make a core ESM for other authors to base slavery esps on. There might be good synergy between the two communities Oblivion and Fallout (I play Fallout 3 myself, might get New Vegas once they put out a GOTY style edition.) trading ideas and methods.
GSBmodders Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 i may just have to give new vegas a try. its been sitting here unopened since i got it.
Dee383 Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Ive Only Played Vegas Twice I Cant Seem To Be Able To Get Into The Game As Much As I Can Oblivion . Having Said Vegas Had Only Been Out For A Few Days When I Played It . There Wasnt Hardly Any Mods For It .. Maybe That Will Make A Diffrence ..
Nepro Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Just suggestion ^^. I would really appreciate if in future release of [WIP]PlayerSlave, there would be different kind of slavers e.g. those more good that would rather set as free (maybe after some time) or good wealthy people who buy slaves just to set them free. Didn't get chance to play all the mod. I was capture when I finished serving my sentence in jail but something like slave hunt would be awesome for example we are in some forest and are beaten by the slave hunters and taken into captivity.
windu190 Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 1. Shivering Isles installed with latest Official Patch from Bethesda.2. OBSE 20 (the latest one) found here http://obse.silverlock.org/ 2a. I highly recommend using Oblivion Mod Manager OR Wyrebash, besides both are excellent for installing mods they both come with a launch function that launches the game with OBSE. If your not sure which, use OMM, its easier to use. This will ensure that OBSE is used when the game starts. 3. Install BOTH Oblivion and Shivering Isles Unofficial Patches. 4. You need both Modular Beautiful People 1.4.1 AND Modular Beautiful People Plus Plus version 92 or higher. They are two separate files. The latest MBP++ is located here http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37368 and it has instructions on how to get the base MBP files. Just to be safe I would use the latest version of MBP++. Here is a link to a guide on where to find and install MBP and MBP++. http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=1602 5. Enable boarder regions in the oblivion.ini 6. You need Lovers Resource and LoversPK(89 or higher) with Lovers with PK.esm activated. Its not a stated requirement but I would also have the other base lovers files, Lovers with PK.esp, the two animation priority esps, and LoversFSE activated as well. All other lovers mods may or may not work. So you'll have to experiment. See Hentaignome's post below. Remember its still Alpha, once Thomthom puts out a Beta version I suspect we'll start seeing patches appearing for popular Lovers mods. 7. Use BOSS to arrange your load order (which both OOM and Wyrebash have functionality with). Place ZMCPlayerSlave.esp before LoversPK.esp in your load order. If you are using a merged or bashed patch, uncheck the lovers mods first, build the patch and then reactivate the mods (per Ashal's lovers guide) 8. If your problem still persists I would recommend using TES4Edit which can be found on Nexus. Run it and then right click on ZMCPlayerSlave, select check for errors. If you get a whole bunch then there is likely a missing dependency. Also, for NPC issues check their entries and see if the file path for their faces, bodies, skin, equipment, etc...actually exist in your data folder. Take a look also to see if any other mods might be overwriting ZMCPlayerSlave's entries, especially regarding NPCs. I have done all those things (which took hours), but no matter how long I wait, or where I wait. NO ONE SHOWS UP, WTF!?
Mailamea Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 F*ck Thomthom you awesome human being, after hours of searching a mod for my fetishes and liking i found this. Thanks Will keep track. (:
windu190 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Anyone knows what I can do to fix my problem? It was a fresh and clean Oblivion installation, I have SI installed and am using Windows 7 32Bitt.
Reigor Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 windu190 - Have you tried waiting at the Inn specified in the read me file ((I forgot the name, thus the reference)) or in Choral? If your using OBMM or Wyre Bash is the mod activated (check marked)?
windu190 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 I am using OBMM and the mod is activated. I have also waited in Chorrol and Weye (In and outdoors) for several days. I will now try to wait at the Border Watch Inn. Oh and this is my load order: Oblivion.esm Beautiful People 2ch-Ed.esm Lovers with PK.esm Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp DLCShiveringIsles.esp Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch.esp ZMCPlayerSlave.esp Lovers with PK.esp Oblivion Gate Closer Spell V2.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Disable BandBlindMask.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Sheogorath Eye.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Vanilla Race.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Merged Hair Modules.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Merged Eye Modules.esp LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp LoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp EDIT: I started a new game, went to the Border Watch Inn, and waited for 4 days indoors and 4 days outdoors. STILL NO ONE shows up, how can this be!? EDIT EDIT: I changed my load order to: Oblivion.esm Beautiful People 2ch-Ed.esm Lovers with PK.esm Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp DLCShiveringIsles.esp Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Sheogorath Eye.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Disable BandBlindMask.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Vanilla Race.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Merged Hair Modules.esp Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Merged Eye Modules.esp ZMCPlayerSlave.esp phinix_portable_tent.esp Lovers with PK.esp LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp LoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp And now the slaver finally shows up, but when he does, the game crashes. FINAL EDIT: I have installed "Windom Earle_s Oblivion Crash Prevention System" and it works now! However someone called Ennwyn (or something like that) has no head 0_0
ilythiir Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Are you quite sure that you have the Plus Plus version? I don't see the Moonshadow elf plugin included in ++ in your load order. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37368&navtag=file/images.php?id=37368&tab=3
windu190 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 hmm.. It is there, but I might have installed it incorrectly.
windu190 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 How do I install it exactly? I have extracted both 7zip files, but what now? The only install notes I can find are: "Please select and omod "_Data" Folder.(MBP Data is overwritten by MBP++) It is registered with BOSS." Which makes no sense.
