LinksSword Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 I'm trying to figure out why the milkslaves are generating milk at a ludicrous level, i'm guessing it's because i set milk production to fixed for all, Just wondering is there a way to keep slaves from milking themselves i want them to use the pumps exclusively. Anyways if i add a milkpump through console and use the position mod will milmaids use those? I'm fairly sure that vanilla npcs use furniture and objects at random giving times but i never seen a npc vulunteerly go on a milkpump "except in my milkfarm dungeon mod i have", probably guessing because they are to far away to use them most of the time.

And checking the MILKQUEST.psc on the latest test update why did you reduce the milkslave number from 120 to 10? i can fix this myself i guess. perhaps that's why i didn't think resetting was working.
Gelubir Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 Ed86 today this mod is fully funcional? whitout bug or dangerous scrips?
LinksSword Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 anyway to disable males from the mod? And i think that MME is causing random ctd's might be caused from the npc sandbox, I am using the test update from 07 10 17 so maybe its unstable and has bad bugs. But it has more slots which is to my liking. It can't be coincidence that it crashed twice in whiterun inn where i placed pumps around the time an npc was going to use one. Worst part is it's completely random so unless i save constantly which i usually do this is going to be a problem, I should mention i do have alot of mods in my game but most of the ones such as SGO are disabled in the mcm menu.

Ed86 Posted July 24, 2017 Author Posted July 24, 2017 v 24-07-2017 fix milkslaves 10 ->100 added mcm option(under debug) to toggle malemaids Milk-Mod-Economy-24-07-2017-test.7z
jfraser Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 just started following this, so forgive me if this is old news, but is the zaz patch still necessary with zaz 7.0?
LinksSword Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 i should mention that the milkmaid count was also at 20 default maybe increase that next to?
LinksSword Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 i think the ctd's may be a memory thing, I should probably download the SKSE memory patch, Because i'm thinking not just the script mods i have but the also the increase npc population might be causing problems to. I don't think it has to do with any mods i have but it's a problem with skyrim's memory, One thing i noticed on one save sometimes it will infinite load or load fine after a hour or minute and everything could be all well and good but then the game ctd's randomly, hopefully the patch should fix these issues i'm having with my game. And i have a pretty good rig, GTX 950, FX6300 16gb ram, so i don't feel my rig can't handle it.
Tyrgalon Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 Any idea how to get npcs to use the pumps, can you order them yourself somehow?
fatrapper Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 I've had great success with this mod in the past. However, I recently did a Skyrim + mods install from scratch after getting into an irrecoverable state on my old setup, and MME is having issues using milk pumps. Specifically, the feeding animation does not occur, and lactaid is not fed from the pumps (but the milking animation works fine). Everything else from the mod seems to work fine as verified by using options in the debug menu. Here's what I've done to try and make MME work with milk pumps: - Did complete Skyrim reinstall after deleting everything from old install. - Installed minimal amount of mods (only MME, MME dependencies, and essential mods like unofficial Skyrim patch and textures). - Used LOOT to ensure mod load order. - Used clean save state (started new game), After all this, the milk pumps still have the issue mentioned above. Anyone have this issue before and know what the root problem might be? Huge thanks in advance.

fatrapper Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 buy lactacid from npcs To follow up, should the lactacid feeding still be running when milk pumps are used (i.e.- does it sound like I screwed up with my mod installs)? Edit: I apologize, I realize I read the lactacid system incorrectly. I guess I got "lucky" on my old install of MME as I did not have to have lactacid in inventory for the feeding to occur with the pump.

melesson Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 Could you add the dialogue options for malemaids, please? Currently there's no option other than 'uh, nevermind'

Villianize Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 Probably my favorite mod haha, for what reason i dont know. One question though, whenever I talk to farmers or khajit caravan folk they never have lactaid. Any advice?

One question though, whenever I talk to farmers or khajit caravan folk they never have lactaid. Any advice? You trade lactacid trough the "hey there" dialogue.

My bad forgot to mention they trade it for milk, any milk, so you are going to have to get 1 milk from somwhere. Also alchemists sell lactacid for 100g, wich might be easier to get until you produce milk yourself.
