I'm almost done with those textures, but it looks like the skin overlay I added is causing the white spots.  Either I'll shrink the skin texture or leave it out.

 

She's like Snow White in your game.  Maybe I'll rename the textures Snow White.  What ENB are you using?  I have SweetFX, saturation boost, Dynavision, and some lighting improvements. 

 

Does the face look better with the creamy white texture?  Looks like it from your pic.  I'll have to redo the original texture.

Yea I do belive there's no issues with the face using those textures. I'm using Project ENB - Complete CoT v3.1.

Here is the creamy body textures with improved skin textures.  This should remove the white spots, but results may vary depending on which ENB preset you are using.

Also, the skin will look white depending on the lighting.  In my game, if standing in front of an intense light source, she looks pale, other than that, she looks like the screenshots.

ADDITIONAL

I saw that there is a Tera Armor bodyslide at nexus and downloaded it.  Looks interesting and I'll see about adapting it to a custom Elin body.  I did make a quick conversion of one of the armors to the Tera body and the results look good with the exception of the foot and hand seams.  I got Asianboy345's permission to release any conversions here.

May vary depending on the lighting. That's the darkest skin color i can set in RaceMenu

 

I'll be using the default skin though. The face issue doesn't bother that much, i have to zoom in closely to notice

The cream body is meant to be a light, brown color, rather than a light pink, so maybe a name change is in order.  The color of that face looks out of place (yellowish face on a pinkish-white body) so I'll have to fix that.

 

I'll create another texture set that is more of a light, creamy brown, but that will have to wait since I need to do some testing on a new Elin Bard sent to me by RSV.  This one also features Bearzerk, the lute-playing bear.  If all goes well enough, I'll upload it later today, maybe tomorrow at the latest.

As far as i know, not oficially.

As Iuki mentioned i'm using UNPB body meshes and the Elin Race 1 skeleton. As Elin Tera Race 2 skeletons have different body proportions, and i just love these curvy big thighs from elin 1.

I was having issues getting the All-In-One Hair Pack to work (for Tera Elins 2). When I'd install it, it would add additional hair selections for the Elins - but they were all bald/hairless.

 

I saw a bunch of version 1.1 updates for some of the files, so I decided to try a clean slate to try to get everything to work. But I still couldn't get it to work. :( I included a ton of troubleshooting info below for any kind soul who wants to try to help me.

are there only non-nude options or am I missing something?

 

There will be a nude body option and it will look similar to what Camila is using.

If the hair slider indicates there are 387 hairs, but most show up as bald then the game is having problems showing the meshes. 

 

The first thing you want to do is look in your Data folder (if using NMM or manually install) or, if using Mod Organizer, the Tera Elin 2 main folder in C:\Mod Organizer\mods.  You will see an SKSE folder, open it and there should be a PLUGIN folder.  Inside that folder should be a file labeled, "showRaceMenu_preCacheKiller.dll".  If it's not there, reinstall the main package or extract that file and place it in the SKSE > PLUGIN folder.

 

Another possible cause is the BSA files:

  • TeraElinRace_HairsAIO - Meshes.bsa
  • TeraElinRace_HairsAIO - Textures.bsa

You might need to extract the files using BSAopt.  Just start BSAopt, locate the above BSA files and click "UnPack".  The files will be extracted and collectively placed in an "OUT" folder within the Data folder or where the BSA files are located.  Move the Meshes and Textures folders (with file contents) from the "OUT" folder to the Data folder and allow merging of the Meshes and Textures folders.

 

It's also worth pointing out that you do not need the original hair mods, everything needed is included with the All-in-One pack.

After you mentioned the bsa files might be the issue (and since I really had no clue what bsa files were) I took a detour trying to find out more about them. I would link the highly informative article, but I can't seem to link yet (and I guess trying to link when I'm not suppose to would be breaking the rules?).

 

You most likely know this already (and may of been assuming I did already too), but it seems bsa files are only loaded three different ways.

 

1. Registered bsas - the bsas are listed in the Skyrim,ini file under either "[Archive] sResourceArchiveList=" or "[Archive] sResourceArchiveList2="

2. Plugin bsas - if there's an esp file being loaded, it will check and automatically load a bsa under the same name

3. Loose files - files are uncompressed (not bsas), loose in the data directory or in deeper directories

 

You may of been assuming I tried #1 originally (which I never did since I'm a noob!), but since that didn't work, you tried to get me to do #3 instead.

 

The original files:

TeraElinRace_HairsAIO,esm

TeraElinRace_HairsAIO - Meshes,bsa

I noticed the bsa files were named differently from the esm. Since as long as the bsa with the same name will be loaded if there's a esm file, I created two dummy empty (0 byte) files to get these guys loaded.

 

My new working setup:

TeraElinRace_HairsAIO - Meshes,esm <--- new 0 byte file that does absolutely nothing, but will load the bsa for me

TeraElinRace_HairsAIO - Meshes,bsa

TeraElinRace_HairsAIO - Textures,esm <--- new 0 byte file that does absolutely nothing, but will load the bsa for me

TeraElinRace_HairsAIO - Textures,bsa

 

It seems also renaming the one TeraElinRace_HairsAIO,esm to cover either the meshes or textures file, so you'd only need one dummy 0 byte file also works - but not sure how safe this is.

 

TLDR: I got it fixed, I used 0 byte dummy esm files with identical name to the meshes and textures files to load them!

UNPB is a little too large on the hips/waist, you could instead use this for shaepe reference http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/41051/?

 

(weight from 0 to 50, you choose the best choice for Elin)

 

Actually, the difference between UNP and UNPB are just the breast size, nothing else changes.

 

this is not standard UNP body ^_^

 

UNP Topmodel is a custom UNP body, is a cross between UNP skinny, Sevenbase and more other improved detail,

 

UNP TM is a beautiful bodymeshe more slender and less wide of UNPB,and you can trust I tested and photographed all UNP bodies in all their variants, UNP bodyslide including

 

UNPB bodymeshe is ideal bodyshape for s hotness Pin-Up charcter, is too wide for Elin race to seem almost comical, especially the big breasts and the wide hips

Dummy files, I overlooked that solution.  Since the AIO hairs works in my game and you are the first, and so far, only, person that reported the missing hairs problem, I never thought the use of dummy files was a viable solution.  Maybe it's because I use Mod Organizer and it will load the BSA files without the need for a dummy file.  I can verify this with Bearserk which uses a dummy file, but MO will load the associated BSA even without the dummy plugin.

 

I'll go ahead and repack the meshes and textures as 1 BSA file and upload this as an option later today.

UPDATE - All-in-One Hair Pack now available with only 1 BSA file.

 

If you are having problems with hairs not appearing when using the HAIRS slider in showracemenu (Elin has bald head) then your game is not loading the meshes.  The single BSA + Master file share the same, exact name which will solve the missing hair meshes.

Redone version is even worse, add white sparkle.. is very unnatural extreme white, it looks as if it had been eroded / discolored by acid, so it is absolutely unwatchable with ENBs, perhaps Creamy skin appear like in your screens.. :(

Would be possible in the future to have more slider options for setting to position/manipulate eyebrows, eyes and nose ? :)

compared to vanilla races, missing some important slider set, which would allow me to maybe redo this kind of face.. post-204983-0-58069700-1407334650_thumb.png and if you can add this type of Almond eyes, in the Elin 2 race eyes options, in a next update, please ? ^_^

I am thinking of switching from ECE to Racemenu. The mods requirement are either ECE or ECE+Racemenu. If i leave just Racemenu installed will the elin race mod break?

I mainly want to use Racemenu because it has all ECE sliders and their values are same so recreating my face will be easy and for the overlay functionality.

If you don't use ECE with Racemenu, the Racemenu sliders will be poor and your customization options will be less. The Elin won't have all the sliders from Racemenu, it will have the original skyrim sliders only. Using with ECE + Racemenu you'll gain an additional tab with the extra sliders from ECE to customize your Elin.

It is not required to actually play the race, as it won't break anything, it will only leave you with less sliders to customize your toon.
