PsychoMachina Posted October 7, 2014 Author Posted October 7, 2014 Check you SKSE > Plugins folder. The Elin 2 + AIO HDT hairs will add these files to the Plugins folder. hdtm.xml hdtPhysicsExtension.dll hdtPhysicsExtension.ini hdtPhysicsExtensionDefaultBBP.xml hdtSkyrimMemPatch.dll hdtSkyrimMemPatch.ini Do you have any other XML, DLL, and INI files? If they serve the same purpose as what is included with the Elin 2 HDT hairs then there could be a conflict. Move those extra files to a temp location and only use the ones I listed. Maybe this will fix the static HDT hairs. What hairs do you want to add? I can do it for you because simply changing the Valid Races for the hairs will not make them compatible.

I think the problem is they aren't working in the Race menu, where you edit your character and once you Finish. it works. The uuuuh.. Packs of hair I want to add contains 268 hairs xD; I... Changed the Valid Race of all of them xD; But yea.. guess thats not enough, The file is in here on this dropbox link. (Snip)
PsychoMachina Posted October 7, 2014 Author Posted October 7, 2014 I have those hairs. I'll see about making them compatible, but they will not be publicly available for obvious reasons. I suggest removing your link as it is not allowed.

Did.. something happen with the mod author or something ?
PsychoMachina Posted October 7, 2014 Author Posted October 7, 2014 The author of some of the hair meshes (Sims) did not like the idea of someone converting her hairs to other games and made a big stink about it.

Look in Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\Tera Elin If they are not there then that means the files were not install correctly. Are you using NMM? Try reinstalling the main package. If that did not work, install manually. Extract the main archive, open the '00 Core' folder, and copy the files and folders then paste them in your Data folder.
Guest Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Ahah, lel sorry it was that. Meshes, not textures.
PsychoMachina Posted October 7, 2014 Author Posted October 7, 2014 If you can't find the body meshes in MESHES > ACTORS > TERA ELIN then try reinstalling (with mod manager) or install the files/folders manually. You do not have to uninstall the main package, just overwrite any files that are there.
PsychoMachina Posted October 7, 2014 Author Posted October 7, 2014 Using NMM? Have you considered Mod Organizer? It's not as simple as NMM, but functions better. Learning how to use MO is worth the time and effort (it is not difficult). Good luck.
PsychoMachina Posted October 7, 2014 Author Posted October 7, 2014 Need Help with Translations If anyone can help with translating the Elin mods and mod posts then you are more than welcome to do so. Feel free to reupload the translated files to the LoversLab Download section and provide a translation of my original post in your own language.
Leelok Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Heeey Machina, Its me again.. Uuuuh have you gotten any Report that Anyone got a problem with killmoves ? Im... Trying to get this to work. Each time I try to sneak attack someone/an enemy. I Start the animation, then suddenly Freezes and I have to wait till.. I can move again. Is it because im an Elin ? Or a mod I installed thats conflicting with this ?(the dance of death)
PsychoMachina Posted October 8, 2014 Author Posted October 8, 2014 I have never experienced any problems with the vanilla killmoves and noone has mentioned problems with killmoves, vanilla or modded. The only times I ever had a similar problem was when I'm a werewolf and I go through the 'knockdown and slash attack' type (vanilla) animation. I have noticed this tends to happen when there are extensive mod scripts involved and/or too many NPCs fighting in one area. As for Dance of Death, I have never used it and noone, other than you, has mentioned any problems using it with the Elins. If it's not simply animation or script lag then there is the possibility of a conflict with the race. The latter I can only guess until I actually use the mod and put some time into it to get any solid conclusions.

Well suffice to say It just kicks me out of it or leaves me hanging. I have an Idea of what could cause this. But yea. I'll try and see if stuff works.
Leelok Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Heeey machina.. Uuuuuh.. I found out what was the problem.. It was an Animation problem. Apparently FNIS didn't patch correctly, but after running it. It worked. SOoooo yea.. Sorry for the false alarm x .x
PsychoMachina Posted October 8, 2014 Author Posted October 8, 2014 FNIS, should have known or suspected it.
animegeek240 Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 any news on the belly nodes/skeleton etc.? I heard the person who made xpmse left LL.
PsychoMachina Posted October 9, 2014 Author Posted October 9, 2014 Still working on the body. I've been helping other people so things tend to get shuffled around. Are you referring to the author of XPMS Extended or XPMS? Groovtama (XPMS Extended) is still here and XP32 (XPMS) is still a member though he doesn't come here that often.
JaFinmongrab Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 @PsychoMachina Love your Elin mods and been having a blast creating some unique characters. I do have a question though about the various ears and tails that come with the race mod. Is there anyway to get the Rabbit, Squirrel, Fox and Ahri ears and tails to match Hair Color like you did with the Mouse ears and tail? I have very limited experience with texture editing and haven't been able to get them to match when selecting hair colors in Racemenu/Ece. Any tips or advice would be much appreciated. Thx

PsychoMachina Posted October 9, 2014 Author Posted October 9, 2014 Took me awhile, but I finally remembered what needed to be done to get the ears and tails to change color with the hair. Example: Ahri Side Note I'm going to see about doing the same to pubic hairs.
animegeek240 Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 pclp2014 is the person that left that made a modification to the skeleton.

I hope it wasn't too much trouble.
