His unmarked camp should be somewhat south of Captured Dreams Shop / Half Moon Mill. Â Â The one south of CD Shop is on an altar, iirc. That was my first thought too, as I see it much more often... Â Â Sorry, a bit tipsy. The PERSON you're referring to is on a half-submerged altar in a pool of water surrounded by spriggan trees. (3 spriggans, I think.) Â Â How about an easy one?
