Umm, I would say no to Helgen Keep - because it isn't. Still I have no idea where it is. However the beds do look like the sort of thing you'd get in a Vamp location, (i.e. a bit posh for their surroundings).

 

Edit - or maybe necromancers - they like soft furnishings.

Um. That's that fort in the south of Helgen, it's part of the Civil War questline. I think it's where you and Ralof (if you've sided with the Stormcloaks) attack the fort.

Its true, but this has a clue that makes it unique. At least I haven't seen this anywhere but here.

Fort Kastav if i remember right is the only time I've seen the bars up top for a ceiling in the prison area.
