It's one of those Silver Hand places but I'm buggered if I can remember the name Driftshade Refuge? It does look like it, but I don't remember a stair there. And IIRC it's completely square, no round bits. To me, it actually looks more like that place you get sent to to kill a vampire, the ex-Jarl in Falkreath sends you there... blood something. EDIT: Dengeir's great grandfather Vighar is the vampire, and the place is Bloodlet Throne. Bloodlet Throne it was.

It's in the Rift... Angarvunde, right?

No mod(s) beyond a dewmer texture pack that I am using(No longer available unfortunately but was mod#65610 on nexus) and TM Waifus Standalone Renewal by Aisaka aka TevinterMage for the priestesses of dibella appearance. Just a vanilla location many here rushed to after hearing about it, then modded it to remedy our betrayed expectations.
