Version 2.04 released.  Adds quest "Shadows and Scars".  Hope you enjoy Jenassa's romance.

 

Also, some bug fixes.

 

The big bug fix probably is that I had put the Hagraven Linen for Threading the Needle into a non-secure re-spawning chest. Derp.

 

Do not Update to version 2.04 if you are in the middle of Threading the needle.  Or, well, if you do - the Walkthru tells you how to skip past the chest part.

 

Probably will be a 2.05 release next weekend to add some stuff like the Kissing Option.

Finished the new jennnassa quest...

By far the most impressive of all, great job i loved how you combine it with the east company empire and the tragedy of jennassa... im really impressed congrats!!

Just a few typos I want to report on Jenassa, I saw a few instances when you first hire her where her name is spelled as Janessa, where it should be Jenassa

One was in the quest popup thingy, and the note i believe.

See the Walkthru, set stage if you have to.

 

 

If you are on the stage where it says to talk to Jenassa away from Adelaisa, then don't drag Adelaisa around with you.

 

If you are at the stage at the Ending, then

 

- Talk to Ortho to complete Rise in the East in the East Empire Company

- Talk to Adelaisa while in the East Empire Company building

- Talk to Jenassa while in the East Empire Company building

I seem to be running into a CTD when playing the new Janessa quest.

The part in the beginning when she hands you the note.

I get the note and read it and the quest updates all normal.

The crash happens right when you ask for a kiss and she goes "wait what"... Crash.

 

I'm still trouble shooting but was wondering if you might have any pointers?

I've re-run FNIS and done a clean save.

 

Is there a specific anim that its attempting to fire off?

I'm running NSAP and Zaz, and have quiet a few standard SexLab anims disabled.

Yeah so I found the problem...

 

After going through the papyrus logs I noticed it was crashing on more than just the Kissing anim.

This was strange as I know those anims work.

 

I was looking through my "installed" mods folder to see what mods was recently installed.

 

NSAP 2.7c was the last major SexLab mod.

I think when I installed NSAP 2.7c it must have not copied all the files correctly.

Copied all the NSAP files again and like magic everything worked... didnt even have to rerun FNIS.

 

loaded an old save to test the Janessa quest and it works,

Nice.

Thanks for this by the way, I know I've asked several times about adding something for these two and that quest, and it's fantasitic that you did it now, even if it was probably your own idea by now to do it.

Yeah, but there was a bandit chief there. And he was close to the ledge. And I had Fuz Roh Dah.

 

Then the fucker survived and I had to follow him down to kill him.

 

As for exactly how Dark Elves should look, who's to say what they should look like?

 

Arena Dark Elves;

 

Daggerfall dark elves;

 

Morrowind dark elves

 

Oblivion Dark Elves

 

Skyrim Dark Elves

 

Elder Scrolls Online Dark Elves

 

 

 

 

With this in mind... yeah I don't give a shit at this point, I'm going to make them visually appealing because obviously Bethesda can't decide what an elf looks like anyway.
