Outfit Studio/Bodyslide 2 CBBE Conversions

For the Eisen Plate bodyslide, would I be able too use Sindalis version with your bodyslide files?

 

 

Don't know there was such a version . OK I just checked it out, the file paths for the meshes are different, but the mesh names and texture paths set for them look to be the same. You can batch build like normal, but you'll have to manually drag and drop the new meshes onto Sindalis's ones and let them overwrite.

 

If it works, post a pic.

To answer first question, it has panty zaps. As for your second one, I'm less clear on what your asking, but if you mean weight slider support, definitely should be there. But if you meant BBP/TBBP weights, there aren't any as I thought the armor looked to stiff to allow any bounce.

Butt bounce would be rad though. Agree with the boobies though, full metal and bounciness doesn't really add up. But the butt is kinda just hanging there in the open, nahmean.

Yes I was looking for the bootie bounce but i will probably try mod u say too use later.

No worries. It's not like you notice a bouncing butt that much and the skirt would block the view anyway. It would just be a tiny little detail to make it perfect in my opinion.

Like the Mammoth Lord mod, this conversion is actually a standalone release, thanks to how ADEC made this mod (all mesh, no textures). Reminder: YOU NEED TO BUILD THE MESHES IN BODYSLIDE FIRST, before you can use the mod.

 

Has modified .esp file to enable weight slider support, and requires a tbbp capable skeleton to use. Includes panty zap option (shown).

Did no one ever make a conversion for newmiller's Vampire Dark Knight?  I found and am using the amazing Vampire Cuirass bodyslide conversion by ousnious, and newmiller just put everything he's done back on the nexus today.  I saw that there's basically a heavy equivalent of the Vampire Cuirass that I've never seen before, called Vampire Dark Knight, but I haven't been able to find a bodyslide conversion anywhere.  If anyone would care to do it, your efforts would be much appreciated.  I tried but the armor had a solid 24 meshes in a BSA file, and I didn't manage to convert a single one (I have no idea what I'm doing).

I tried two times already. The lion head at the front and the balls make it hard as hell to add sliders to this with even an acceptable quality. :/

You can load and conform yourself though, if you don't care about slider quality that much.

I have a request, could someone convert the JackGa's Galia Armor (aka Slevaria Bles)

 

Kind of interesting, if the object has the same name as the reference (Base Shape in this case), outfit studio confuses them and breaks. But once you rename it and load it up again, it works fine. Also, the pants were attached to boots in the original file but I moved them to the armor and added a zap slider; hopefully it works.

So, I'm starting to get more comfortable with Outfit Studio but I've been running into a problem maybe someone can help me with. Whenever I try to copy bone weights through Outfit Studio, it mostly works but the armor seems to be slightly out of sync with the body underneath. They'll both move like they're supposed to and look fine while the actor is stationary, but it will clip as it's moving during most animations. My solution thus far has been to use Mesh Rigger on the .nif in the Shape Data and that seems to work really well for most main-armor pieces. But when I try it on smaller pieces that don't include the reference shape (accessories like a belt or even pants seem to be giving me a lot of trouble) it will look fine in Outfit Studio and Bodyslide, but won't display at all in game. I'm suspecting it may be because my template mesh isn't similar enough in shape to what I'm trying to copy the weights to, but I really have no idea.

 

Has anyone had similar issues or have different methods that work for them? I don't have any background in this kind of thing, and I'm very inept at nifscope and other traditional software so any input would be welcome. Thanks.
