Hi

Im using this, DOM, the patch, and the part for KSHair and High Poly faces, with as far as i can tell all the requirements, Bette and Curime look fine, so things seem to be working, but fanrel, one of the unqiue rescuable slaves, their face is all messed up, discolored, neck too big for the body, etc. Is this an issue with the mod or have I done something?

This can happen if the skin mod you're using doesn't have a wood elf folder. Vanilla reuses the high elf normalmap textures for wood elfs, but HPH uses a separate folder. I know that Pure Skin has this issue, others might as well.

It's easy to fix: go to Data/Textures/Actor/Character (likely in your skin mod), find highelffemale folder, copy it and rename the copied folder to woodelffemale and faces load up normally.

Hello again,

It seems like I finally got the mod to work correctly, I believe it was a load order issue with DOM and other mods, nit this one.

I do have a question,  I have Bette and am doing that quest line, everything working fine except I can't seem to b

e able to buy the sister from Gisli. I get the line where she says fine as long as she can have sex with both first,  I can even tell her slave that she'll be reunited with her sister, but then all my options in dialog just repeat those same lines, no nee option to actually do it. I even had Bette with me and still no option to proceed.

Is there a setstage I can put in to get it to continue?

What is supposed to happen is that you bring Bette to Gisli (distance 600, which is relatively close, the problem might be that Bette was standing too far away when dialogue with Gisli was started), and you should get an option "I've brought Bette" with Gisli. Gisli will then tell you to come to the upper floor of the Winking Skeever. Once there, speak with her to start the threesome scene. You can buy her afterwards.

To use the console: first check the current stage of the quest with

sqv PqNillePurchase

based on your description, I'd expect it to be stage 10.

Reminder: before changing stages in console, make a hard save

You can use

setstage PqNillePurchase 20

to skip the first dialogue option, and move the quest to the point where Gisli wants to meet in the Winking Skeever, or

setstage PqNillePurchase 30

to get to the point where Gisli will sell Nille.

Unfortunately, the actual capture script is attached to a dialogue option instead of a stage, so you can't capture her directly with console commands. The above two should fix the quest to the point where you can continue. If you still have problems, you can try:

Kill or capture Gisli. This gives a dialogue option to Nille to take her without extra steps.

You can also manually capture Nille with DOM/PAH methods, and use

setstage PqNillePurchase 100

to end the quest. Everything should be cleaned up. If you want the dialogue options after the quest, set stages 20 and 30 before setting stage 100.

Just in case it was the distance that was the issue, I've increased it from 600 to 1500 for the next update.

Don't know if you seen the update, they have skyui 6 out

I saw it, haven't had the chance to test it out yet. Really excited that a group managed to update it.

And they published the entire source code, which is really useful for beginning mod authors. Hopefully, that will also lead to further improvements to SkyUI itself now that everyone can work on it.

Me to glad it has not become a dead/abandoned mod. I asked them if it will effect any older mods no answer yet

The one thing I'm worried about are mods that soft support an MCM. Some of them might use a hard coded call to a formID. Now that SkyUI is esl flagged, the ID changed.

I vaguely remember Darkconsole, the author of Display Model, complaining about people esl flagging SkyUI, but I don't know if it's actually a problem. I'll have to test it out but I don't want to change my setup before finishing the next update of Enthralled.

EDIT: I just did a quick scan of Display Model source. Didn't see anything that would suggest that formID from SkyUI are called, so I don't think it'll be a problem. I'll likely test it out in the future just to be sure.

All the patches have been added to the skyui 6, so that will help with a lot of patch mods for Skyui, from what they said,, "

Spoiler

There's a list of bugfix mods you no longer need, and anything that should override SkyUI should be loaded after and it will still work :)

So it looks like they could have fixed any of those type of issues or it was a load order issue a "PBKAC" error

Last I played (few months ago I think?) Bette asked me to go see her family so they know she's alright. I had no idea she had any surviving family other than Nille. So I took her to the crypt instead and there was no dialogue other than a priestess telling me I shouldn't be there.

I believe I am missing something, or maybe I'm misremembering. I only just now remembered I meant to ask about that (thanks ADHD xD)

That's not from Enthralled, it's from DOM. It's one of the lines slaves say randomly depending on their mood.

Ah makes sense. So the game detected she has a living relative who's not my slave right now and that's why the line played. Thanks

On the latest version of DOM I am not able to sell to dock slavers, I get the message that they are "not a dom/pah slave, price = 0". I was able to do it fine on 7.11.6, 7.12.9 is giving me the issue. I tested just buying Azabesh and immediately trying to sell her back and got the same error, so I don't think it's specific to a slave or type of slave. All other DOM behavior is as expected, so I imagine something changed with DOM and Enthralled is missing its usual hook to check a slave, not sure how that all works.

Let me know if any more information would be useful in tracking it down, hoping it's not just me (again).

There were some issues with a few scripts and properties around DOM 7.11, which resulted in prices being 0. Both DOM and Enthralled were updated to account for that, but maybe something stayed stuck in your save file?

Next update of Enthralled will have further refinement for backward compatibility, so hopefully that fixes things.

I did test things to be sure with the latest versions of both. I have tried upgrading on an existing save from version 7.12.7, tried with a fresh save, tried with and without PAH. It always worked for me, including Azabesh. I don't have DOMv7.11.6 on my disk anymore, so I can't test with that.

Hmm, I was trying on a new game, but I'll try again. I was kind of rushing and maybe things didn't initialize properly. I might stay on 7.11.6 for a while anyway for unrelated reasons, so not a big deal.

Thank you for checking.

Version 1.7 is up. New content, more DOM integration, and fixes. Safe to update, not all chances will take effect on an existing save.

*New random quest: Lucky Find, clearable dungeons have a configurable chance to contain a captive. Captive can be unique, or non unique if no suitable choice is available. New uniques can be added by SPID or Skypatcher.
*Unique captives included: Ivela (dunmer), Mirie (altmer), Reja (nord), Rona (imperial). Each has a bit of dialogue and appropriate starting stats.
*Now contains textures from Koralina's Even More Eyes. If you already have that mod enabled, you can safely overwrite the files from this mod, or delete them to save a bit of disc space.
*Chance is set by a global value that can be changed with the console. It is 15% by default. The global is PqLuckyChancePercent. Setting this to 0 or a negative value will disable this quest.
*Any clearable dungeon could contain a NPC, as long as they have either a CaptiveMarker, a CentreMarker, or a bosscontainer. Almost all vanilla dungeons have at least one of those. Mod added locations can also be selected as long as they have at least one of those markers.
*Captives can be freed and released, escorted to a town and freed, captured, recruited as slaver (DOM only), escorted and then captured anyway, or killed.
*A small variety of ZAZ and vanilla furniture and poses are used, depending on conditions. For example, ceiling chains are only used indoors, large crosses are outdoors, NPC found in the centre of the dungeon instead of a captive location will take wounded poses instead of tied up poses.
These furnitures will be marked with a dummy keyword so Immersive BDSM doesn't break them. Furnitures will be cleaned up after completing the quest.

*Sister of Battle quest: there is now the option to kill Fjora after her duel. This also prevents starting the Sister in Chains and Sister of the Hunt quests.
Fjora's body will automatically be removed by vanilla cleanup functions when you leave Whiterun.
As nobody was looking for Tridi anymore, she'll be killed by her captors, her body can be found near the fallen tree east across the river from Dragon's Bridge. If you have DOM's resurrection spell, it can be used on her. Tridi will have bonus Fear and Trauma.
Mera will be caught by her persuers. She'll be added to the captured bandits list of the repeatable quests so she can still be found. Getting captured also increased her training and Trauma, though not necessarily the same as doing the quest normally would.
Also updated some of the scripts to be more efficient.

*Sister of the Hunt: doing the perfect dialogue options will now result in significantly more training

*Increased chance that a rescue quest would select a unique NPC from 90% to 100%. Affects all type (bandit, mage, cave)
Selection is made when the note is generated. Any quest started before update will use the old chance

*Fixed the sell custom repeatable quest from Solitude. A mistake on the dialogue conditions prevented turning the quest in.

*Started using additional DOM stats for starting conditions:
**Nille: now starts with high trauma (13) and some broken counter, as well as some loyal and love training from the start.
**Bette: starts with 1 trauma as a result of her life falling apart
**Tridi: starts with 6 trauma and some broken counter
**Mera starts with 1 trauma due to losing both her sisters by the time you meet her.
    **Freyda: starts with 2 trauma
**Lory: starts with very high trauma (15), broken and drug counters, and love/loyalty training
**Fanrel: starts with 3 trauma and some broken counter
**Belarin: starts with 1 trauma and 1 broken counter
    **Mell: starts with 3 trauma
    **Lestra: starts with 3 trauma
    **Azabesh: starts with 2 trauma
    **Tilu: starts with 1 trauma
**new NPC also have trauma and broken stats when reasonable
*If you take the threesome route to buy Nille from Gisli, both Nille and Bette get bonus trauma, and Bette is set to a broken mood.
*If you have Fjora service Soin in Sister in Chains, Fjora gets trauma and broken mood.

*Fjora now has a blowjob kink

*set the aliases in Curime and Iniel's quest to optional. This might help with debugging if the quest fails again for some user.

*Nille purchase quest: increased the distance that Bette is detected by Gisli from 600 to 1500.

*DOMv7.12.7 brought back the function DOMCore.PlayerHasSold(), the main script uses this again. This give better functionality for people on DOMv7.10 than the previous fix

*deleted some unused Dialogue Views to make room for more stuff

*removed a couple of world edits that weren't needed anymore.

I had some PC issues which slowed down work on this quite a bit, but I'm glad this part's done now. The Lucky Find quest comes with 4 new NPC, I had more ideas for backstories but not for faces. If I get inspiration for their looks I might add more NPCs to that system.

Adding new NPC to that system works the same as the other systems, the faction to add is PqLuckyFindFaction.

One thing about the Lucky Find quest that I'm not certain about is the reward for freeing the NPC. There is no material reward at the moment. The unique NPC get relationship and can become follower/marriage candidates, but no coin.
When testing I found that them paying you felt weird, as they really shouldn't have anything to pay you with. Sending a courier with reward money felt spammy.
So you can still do the right thing, it just doesn't bring the rewards being evil brings. There might be a metaphor there.

I was considering adding a quest that triggers after freeing a certain amount of captives, similar to how Fjora only shows up after enslaving enough NPC, but I have no concrete plans on that yet.

I've also started some rework on the Sisters of the North questline by adding the option to kill Fjora and end the questline. Sisters of the North was the only questline that is forced on the player by Fjora's challenge, this gives you the option to reject it.

A third option where Fjora is tied up and displayed in Whiterun without explicit enslavement, a quest pause, is planned but not yet finished.

Lots of exciting stuff here, very nice. One thing I'm curious about though is I never actually understood what the DOM trauma counters do, all I know is that it can move their personality traits in a certain direction a little bit, but what else does it do?

Edit: I realized I had more observations lol. Firstly, with regards to a reward for rescuing the captives, you could do a little 24hr buff, similar to "The Gift of Charity" you get for giving a beggar a septim. Obviously it should be a little stronger than that, but maybe something like a speech buff, a regen buff, or something nice like that, nothing too powerful, but still nice. You could add a few and have it draw from a pool to make it a little interesting. Also the quest idea sounds like a good one too, someone seeks you out because they heard of your good deeds, sounds really interesting.

The rest of the changes sound great, can't wait to get to testing. :)

Also, not to be racist or anything, but is Mirie supposed to have this um...complexion? Never seen a high elf like that, am I just ignorant?

Trauma leads to Loyal/InLove moods.
On my DoM settings, after a slave reaches to about 3-4 trauma is when the Loyal/Inlove counters start becoming eligible. Usually a few flatters or flirts after 3 trauma does the trick (You can see loyal/inlove % from the Mood Spectrum spell)

On average a slave builds up trauma about 1 a day while being broken. I think some personalities lead to faster trauma buildup.

It's usually best to keep them tied up somewhere while broken as that's the best odds at keeping them broken to build up trauma,

just make sure to check on them every now and then and comfort them back to being broken or whatever method you do to shock and break them again.

Idk if the DoM loyal/love MCM settings alter these mentioned rates I usually keep those at max.

The only thing I'm not a fan of from the new options in the Sisters of the Hunt is Tridi dying out of your control if you kill Fjora.

Granted I shouldn't care because I want all 3 of them when I do the questline, but maybe a better option is Tridi gets put into the Dock Slavers Slave list if you decide to kill Fjora.

Hmm, I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. I currently have a slave that has been shocked once, never broken, and has 2 trauma, also I am pretty sure I've had this slave for less than two days. I thought trauma has a chance to be caused each time a shock happens, but it looks like either it can be caused by something else, or one shock can cause multiple trauma points; shocking that same slave a couple more times did not cause any more trauma.

I also tried using the mind breaking spell to trigger a broken mood on a different slave, and then waited over a day and didn't see any trauma happen, I also used the distress spell to trigger a bunch of shocks and didn't get anything from that either.

I'm not really sure what causes it, but it seems really important to long-term training, it would be nice to know how to reliably trigger it.

I liked the mod. One bug I found is that when selling a slave, it's not possible to buy them back. The slave disappears forever.

I have some suggestions.

1 - Add more slave NPCs to the slave traders.
2 - Place more slave traders in the city centers.
3 - Place more slave NPCs circulating through the urban centers.
4 - Place slave sellers prostituting women and selling them in the middle of the city, with NPCs interacting.
5 - Create an NPC patch, for example from the Farodadestin series or another, to integrate into your mod.

Yes, Mirie is not a very typical Altmer. The lore idea behind is that she has a redguard father and that she inherited more than usual. In Elder Scroll lore, the race is determined by the mother, but some smaller aspects can be inherited by the father.

Clearly she doesn't fit the Aldmeri Dominon ideal, and she genuinely hates the Thalmor because of that. I haven't found a natural way to incorporate that into her dialogue yet. There's a hint in that she goes to Windhelm's Candlehearth Hall if she's freed, but nothing more.

Practically, I was experimenting with the mod Realistic Natural Skin Tones and found it also added those options to Altmer. I liked the effect, so I included her.

That might be a nice compromise.

Originally the idea was that if nobody came to rescue Tridi, she would not survive long. That was also the reason that Soin was that hard to find for Fjora.

But there already is one of his victims in the Slaver List, so a second wouldn't be weird. Maybe Soin is getting sloppy.

If I understands the script a bit, it is exactly 1 trauma per day broken, the variable in the script is even called timer_for_broken. I haven't seen anything that would speed up or slow down this timer. I think difference in personalities is only in how easy they are to break and how long they stay broken.

Intended behaviour at the moment. It's possible to bring these NPC back into the various lists, like the Dock Slaver list or the Jail list, but that would result in sold NPC often returning and possibly crowding out other NPC from that list. With the current system you'll get a slave you haven't bought each time you visit them.

For simplicity's sake I made the sale permanent, but if people think it would be nicer to see their sold slaves recycled into sale again I could set that up.

I'm liking the rest of your suggestions, a bit more in detail:

58 minutes ago, LeonardoGarr said:

So there are two or three for sale at the same time?

1 hour ago, LeonardoGarr said:

2 - Place more slave traders in the city centers.

Slave traders can be added, I do want to avoid making cities too busy by adding a bunch of NPC, so I'd have to check a good location.

I also had plans to use quest added traders, so there always a couple of traders available, but you can increase their number by doing quests. Originally Soin was supposed to be one, but it ended up not fitting with his quest.

Maybe I should revisit the idea.

Point 3, do you mean like a toned down version of Hydra's slave girls? Using slave NPC as environmental storytelling and atmosphere?

I actually think a separate mod would do more justice to these ideas. It would also make patching easier with the many city overhauls.

Currently SPID can be used to add NPC from mods to Enthralled various slave lists. Is there some other type of integration you're thinking of?

Thanks for the feedback.

That would probably be the best, so that way the player can decide if they want to have more slavers around or not, then you don't have to worry about cluttering cities because the player has to opt-in to it.

It's pretty unclear to me just from testing in-game, which script has that variable?

Some personalities will indicate that they are sensitive or resistant to trauma, but as you say that could mean something about the broken mood, the amount of trauma that gets built up per day, the amount of personality variance they get as a result of trauma, or some combination of the three. As I said in my other post, I have a slave with 2 trauma and I have no idea where it came from, since she has only been shocked once and never broken, and I don't even think I've had her for two full days.

DOM_Mind, there's also a variable DOMTraumaInDays on DOM_Core that is always equal to timer_for_broken.

I believe all the actual math is done in DOM_Mind, including the effect of personalities. The variable timer_for_broken is updated in the event OnMoodUpdateGameTime() of the broken State. It is not dependant on any personality there.

However the value is used to determine thresholds for loyalty and love state. For example, for loyal state you need a minimum trauma of (7.0/(MOD_Diligent+1.0)) as int

MOD_Diligent is a combination of Conscientiousness, Toughness, and dominant personality. Most personality modifiers in DOM are combinations of traits.

The MOD_ can have a value from 0.002 to 5.

Calculating this, a character with a very high diligent modifier (100 conscientiousness, 100 toughness, 0 submissiveness) has a modifier of 5, and a minimum trauma of

(7.0/(5.0+1.0)) as int = (7.0/6.0) as int = 1.17 as int = 1

So this slave would need 1 trauma before they can become loyal

On the other end of the spectrum, a very low diligent modifier (0 conscientiousness, 0 toughness, 100 submissiveness) has a modifier of 0.002, and a minimum trauma of

(7.0/(0.002+1.0)) as int = (7.0/1.002) as int= 6.99 as int = 6

This slave would need a minimum of 6 trauma to become loyal.

As these are the extreme values for diligent, a character needs between 1 and 6 trauma before loyalty is possible. I suspect a character that is resistant to trauma will need more trauma before loyalty is an option, a character weak to trauma needs less.

Note that these are minimum values, it only means that there is a chance of the character becoming loyal.

The chance itself depends on a lot of factors, and most factors are modified with a personality modifier:

trauma, MOD_Anxiety

Submission, humiliation, respect, resignation, fear, anger training, MOD_Impressionable

The loyal training you already have, MOD_Impressionable

number of praises, MOD_Hope

number of times you chatted, MOD_Empathy

number of times in shock, MOD_Modesty

number of times broken or brainwashed, MOD_Sincerity (more important than other number counters)

number of trainee, MOD_Insensitivity

number of trainer, MOD_Criminality

If the NPC is wearing armor or has a weapon increases the chance by 1% each. If they are a freed slave, that's 50% bonus.

The player's Deceiver skill is also factored in. modified by the characters manipulation sensitivity and a bunch of other factors.

Those numbers are then added together in a couple of factors, which are then multiplied by each other.

Honestly, I would be amazed if someone fully understood the inner working of loyalty and love mechanic without looking it up.

1- Each slave trader puts about 5 up for sale at the same time.  2,3 - I already tried the Hydra in my mod list, but it's too broken and ugly . Your mod is infinitely better, it just has very few NPCs in my opinion. You can make a light version and another with much more NPCs.  5 -  It would be better to have a patch that could transform a Standard NPC into a slave or trafficker during installation using Mod Manager 2, while maintaining their original location. This Is a list of the most beautiful NPCs I've encountered over two years of playing the game.   : Succubus May Follower
