hey guys, having a Problem with the enslavement Encounter:

when the whipping should start, my PC is beamed to the sky and falling to the ground.

then loading Screen and stucked fucking Animation.

 

whats wrong over here ?

So, I've started SD+ on a character, and only subsequently installed Frostfall. SD+ doesn't seem to recognize it and install the patch. If I just manually make sure that the SdFrostfall.esp is checked, am I good to go, or is the lack of in-game auto-recognition (in the MCM) a problem?

I do not believe SD+ auto recognizes Frostfall.  At least in regards to  installing the patch.  Make sure you install it and activate it.  And check the appropriate MCM boxes and you should be fine.

Just read the post that Ms.Diddler kindly re-found, and wow :)

 

I have been thinking about looking into some mods that expand magic - specifically restoration - a bit so that I could try being a healer/buffer in melee to my warrior owners. Looks like "Pet Mage" will work with the warrior branch quiet smoothly.

 

It did get me wondering though, since I know no modding stuff, would it be possible to "block" parts of the player's inventory so that items of that sort couldn't be kept? I was thinking of the slave alchemist, allowed to keep gathered ingredients and potions, but not weapons of any kind, or things along those lines. The more I think about this, of course, the more likely it seems to be really complicated and not worth it, but I thought I'd put it up anyway, just in case I'm mistaken, or that it gives someone a spark.

 

Anyway, main point is, this looks really fun. :)

 

I am working towards that.

 

Inventory will be managed by script, with your master allowing you certain types of items at certain times.

 

The whole Master as Follower system will be based on having the NPC control your access to game features - inventory, menus, clothing, armor, weapons, shouts, money, all based on his or her own needs.

Skyrim doesn't auto recognize any mod that is not manually activated in your load order.

 

Once the SD Frostfall patch is enabled in your load order, it will be activated by default. You do not have to manually check it in MCM anymore (unless you want to de-activate it),

So I was testing a couple of new mods I installed and their compatibility to SD+ on a new character and this happened:

Found random cave of bandits, went in and got enslaved.  Fun times ensued.

Dangerous nights was one of the new mods I was trying as well as More Complex Needs so when I went to sleep one night...

I woke up being raped by a stranger, my bandit captors tried to save me but they couldn't.

Then after he had finished using me he killed every bandit in the cave and enslaved me.

Then used me some more.

 

It was amazing.

I have discovered a bug for me.

 

I get sent to the dream world.  it says dream healing.  Sanguine places you under his thumb - a number is shown then the scene repeats a few seconds later, this time with the number increased by one.  It seems to be in a loop.

 

Any suggestions?

 

I have gone back to previous saves and I always end up in this dream in this infinite loop sooner or later.  

 

Edit. Also this time I play it removes me from the enslaved status and pulls me into the dream world, even if I am not asleep.

Did the safety chain work? I sometimes get the loop, but so far the chain always worked. Funny thing with the loop was that i had it in two consequent times when beamed to the dreamworld, and the third time it worked normal again.

Overall it is rather rare, like once every 5 times entering the dreamworld, so i see it almost as a bug-feature.

Maybe you could keep it, so that Sanguine indeed occasionally beams you back to the dreamworld entry 1-2 times, this would be his daedric way of saying he wants to enjoy your company a little longer.

The safety chain usually works.

 

There are two cases of infinite loop with Dreamworld.

One takes you back to the entrance when Sanguine sends you out... and the other takes you to Dreamworld every time you sleep.

 

I am working on fixing the first one. 

 

I will keep ways to send you back there at unexpected times.

Not yet. And even if there was, the version of Sanguine in SD+ is different than the vanilla version. That means that Sanguine would be female only in this one dreamworld pocket. He would remain male in 'A Night to Remember'.

But incase to make it clear. I was refering to the SD+ Sanguine encounters, if there was a way to make Sang. appear female even for a female char?

That should force Sanguine to a female shape for a female PC.

Right now, you would have to have a female PC and set SD+ gender preference to 'Same sex only'.

That should force Sanguine to a female shape for a female PC.

The only problem I see with this is there is no dialog for a female Sanguine.  Well Audio at least.   I guess it would all be text driven.  I like the idea.

is it every time? I occasionally get glitches with the beatings, reload a save and it works for me.  maybe try getting beat in a new location to see if that changes things?

is it every time? I occasionally get glitches with the beatings, reload a save and it works for me.  maybe try getting beat in a new location to see if that changes things? 

 

 

I get the same issue with sexlab animations sometimes. 

I don't know any way to fix it other than surviving the fall or reloading before that happened.

Hey everytime I get a Kill animation (like: Killmove of the Vampirelord when in melee) I get instantly beamed to Sanguine's dreamworld.... EVERYTIME :( I mean the world is awesome and the "Fun" with Sanguine too but every 5min.... Thats a bit too much :( Could u add something in the MCM Menu to toggle the world or at least an option for configure the time between the visits so u can decide when its ok or not. :)

As far as I can tell from the scripts, this should not be happening anymore.

 

Make sure you do not have old scripts staring with _sd in your scripts directory.

 

Until I am able to reproduce the issue, there is nothing I can do to fix it.

 

Another possibility for you is to use Dance of Death and its killmove immunity options. This effectively fixes sending a 'death' signal while in a killmove.

In my case, the Sd frostfall patch is checked in my list of .esps, but when I go into the SD+ MCM, It's unchecked there and Chesko's Frostfall is also unchecked, that is, it claims not to recognize that it's installed. I don't know if this is the cause of my recent CTDs or not. Papyrus log is pretty hard to read.

 

However, my CTD trace logs consistently feature long repetitions of these two SD related errors (just posting here to check if these are actual fatal errors or just "noise" errors:)

The second log is not an error - just a status report when you are getting hit to help with troubleshooting enslavement issues.

I will eventually remove those.

 

Regarding the Frostfall patch... make sure Frostfall is running before starting SD (probably not a requirement, just a safety). 

 

Also, you could probably just get rid of the Frostfall patch altogether. All it does is turn slave clothing and spriggan armor into heat sources.

 

Things have changed since this mod was needed:

 

- The spriggan armor gives you a Resist Frost buff now

- The scene light triggered by SD is actually a campire. Its glow will warm you up wether you have the Frostfall patch or not

- There is also the SexLab Frostfall mod that can give you a bit of heath during sex (warmly recommended... pun intended)

 

I haven't looked into details yet but I am thinking of re-evaluating if that patch shouldn't just be dropped.

Question: 

 

If you upgraded to the latest version (1.14) - is Indentured Servant working now for you?

 

It seems to be working for me but I want to make sure.

 

What should happen now is this.

 

- if you are NOT currently on Indentured Servant and you open the gift menu with your Master (I have something for you) , your Master will take whatever gold you have and not count it toward your release

 

- if you are on Indentured Servant and you select 'I have something for you', your Master will NOT take your gold ... only your gift

 

- if you are on Indentured Servant and you select 'Is this enough?', your Master will take your gold and make it count toward your release

Has anyone else had a problem with getting the health buffer to work? I just noticed that it isn't working on my character, but I have never had a problem with it before.

Do you die before going into negative health? or do you just never die?

 

I noticed after I installed requiem that my health was VERY slow once it gets into negative values.

 

I mean... I get down to 0 health with one hit from a bandit axe and once I am into negative values, one hit of an axe reduces maybe less than a percent of health.

 

Without Requiem, I had to keep my negative health buffer to 3X to get good results with SD+.

With Requiem, a value of 0.3X is more than enough.

I think I've figured out my previous issue (orcs/high elves not being able to use all animations). Basically, if you change the gender preference before starting SD+, it screws things up. Make sure you only change options after starting SD+.
