Setekh Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 Has anyone had an issue with the light version causing an infinte loading sceen and crashing in menu? I do not have this problem with the standard version at all. This seems strange because the light version has no scripts and I would prefer to use it. But I have no problem with the standard edition. Also I use BOSS Userlist Manager is there a reason so many people here prefer LOOT? Thanks, EBG LOOT is the successor to BOSS. BOSS is finished and is no longer maintained, plus LOOT's sorting algorithms are superior. http://loot.github.io/ Current version (as of today's post) is 0.6.0 When I use loot SOS doesn't works properly. "Hole in the hip" issues otherwise with Boss everything works fine. SOS along with all my other mods work just fine with LOOT. Your problem is elsewhere.
Jezzerat Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 LOOT works perfectly for me. A lot of people freak out when they first use it because the Load Order is so radically different from what BOSS does, but the thing is, it works. BOSS depended too much on a master list that was itself full of conflicts and problems, and a lot of newer mods weren't even on the list, so BOSS wouldn't touch them, whereas LOOT uses sorting algorithms that actually look at what each file affects before sorting them, including brand new mods. With BOSS, I'd have to run it, and then go in and manually adjust the Load Order. With LOOT, I can practically fire and forget, with only one or two minor adjustments. Also, LOOT and SOS work fine together for me. Like others have been saying, if you're having a problem, it's not from LOOT.
Gnafron Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 A quick question.Maybe I am dumb but the explanations on the page are not clear : when using mighty beasts, which skeleton must have priority ? Mighty beasts' or the one provided with Schlongs ?
b3lisario Posted July 24, 2014 Author Posted July 24, 2014 What part of the explanation is not clear? Maybe needs an edit.
kreivan Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 SexLab - Compatible, just turn off the Male Body Naked option, and the slot 52 undress. - What is "slot 52 undress"? I dont know where I can take it.
Gnafron Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 What part of the explanation is not clear? Maybe needs an edit. Hello " Mighty Beasts - Werewolf Optional. Use this for maximum compatibility with the included Werewolf schlongs as they were made for these Werewolf body meshes. When prompted for overwrite say yes, this is because I've included the werewolf skeleton in the main file to avoid any chance of CTD for those who doesn't want to use Mighty Beasts. Actually it doesn't matter if you replace it or not." This part. Which skeleton must be overwritten ?
Snakedownloader5 Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 I don't know what is happening in my game. For some reason females have sclhongs (Sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) and some males don't have any except for me. Does anybody happen to know how to fix this? I did let NMM (Nexus mod manager) install SOS. I think what is causing the conflict is mods like XP32 Maximum Skeleton, Good old SOS, and Dimonized UNP female body. I'm also using Immersive bodies mod if that is doing anything. I think these are the mods that are causing the problems and they probly are, but we'll see. I don't think that anything else is causing it to do that though unless for some reason some other mod is causing conflict, but I don't think that's the case. I will surely appreciate anyone that helps.
mscgs Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 (edited) Guys, I've been nearly tearing my hair out in frustration with this mod! After checking the main page several times, where it mentioned there should have been an installer/mod file where there was none, only a .zip with the folders used the manual installation (I checked every single one of them and there was no file that NMM would use). I proceeded and did the manual installation, and the mod did work in game, BUT I couldn't find any options to change my character's build and I had no idea whether the manual installation had been the normal one or the bodybuilder one (since there's only one manual tutorial). I searched several threads and found one by VectorPlexus on another forum saying you needed to have Better Males installed, the FracturedSoul one, so I went ahead and installed it, but it didn't really change anything in my game nor showed up in the mod settings, like it hadn't been installed at all. Now I check back the main page and it says having Better Males is redundant? I'm so lost! And more importantly, where is that installer??EDIT: Also went looking for Bjorn Longsword and couldn't find him anywhere in Riverwood, no sign of Morning Wood either. Stayed at the Sleeping Giant Inn and he didn't show up either. Do I need a DLC installed? Thank you very much! Edited July 25, 2014 by mscgs
awbevans7 Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Hello, first time poster here. I've been having an odd problem with SoS. If I use a decapitating kill move on a male character then loot their armor, just the main armor not the boots/gloves, their head get's reattached. It's not a big deal, just a little thorn in my side since I started playing Skyrim again This problem doesn't happen with SoS Light though. If anyone could shed a little light on this issue it'd be greatly appreciated.
ohvast Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Me: After installing the latest version of SOS, SKSE refused to run, TES5.exe stalled (Task Manager showed it as a process with zero CPU). And when I switched the StorageUtil.dll to a previous version, none of the above happened. The DLL's have different dates and sizes. I've encountered the same problem with SexLab Framework with the same solution. lostami Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 I am having an actor bug at the moment I narrowed it down and Im 100% Sure that this mod makes zora from interesting NPC's not equip her body armor AKA any slot 32 equipment. I can give her the armor, it's better then her default, it's a vanilla armor, and she will equip it if SOS is not installed... so ya... very odd, anyone got any ideas what I may have fucked up? I used the debug spell and this is what I got + my papyrus logs 0/1/2/3

DerkAndMe Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Would it be possible to add a Schlong armor additionally to the Underwear? One that makes you look as if you were naked, but you still are wearing an armor. I kinda want to play all naked with my follower being naked aswell but I don't want to miss out on the armor and armor set bonuses. Would be great if a "Light Schlong (Smurf/Muscular/Normal)" and "Heavy Schlong (Smurf/Muscular/Normal)" armor could be added in a future update (or someone please make a mod for that) All I could do so far by myself, was replace the Underwear 3D model with the Schlong model (also changed its property to light armor), which worked well for my character, yet my follower (argonian) had the default male genitals skin on his, which made it look really weird.
Setekh Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 How and where I can include slot 52? This question doesn't make any sense, what are you trying to do?
kreivan Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 How and where I can include slot 52? This question doesn't make any sense, what are you trying to do? "SexLab - Compatible, just turn off the Male Body Naked option, and the slot 52 undress." slot 52 undress, I want to use it, but how I can use slot 52? Just I dont know what it is and where I can get it.
winddy Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Um hello. I just have a problem to ask here. How can I maintain bodybuilder's body while wearing chest armor? When I use chest armor , body seems shrinking. Only underwear or "nothing" can do it. So is there a way to prevent it?
lostami Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Well son theres only one way to fix your issue, and BTW your in the wrong thread. You have to use the outfit workshop that comes with bodyslide to manually reshape the armor to your characters custome bodyslide body mesh. It's long, it's hard, it's something I have never had the mind to attempt, but thats all your can do.So i made a succubus and put shackles on her ankles wrists neck and torso and walk around all fucking hot and shit!

Anyway I will try that method if possible. And um....that method sounds like Secondlife. Do you have a link to your workshop I wonder? And Does it works on Argonian?
lostami Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 It's not my workshop it's a part of the CBBE Bodyslide if i remember properly, it's on the nexus.

Do you have a link to your workshop I wonder? And Does it works on Argonian? Also take a look at this: ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/45120/? ). Looks like it fixes some of the vanilla armors. Hasn't been updated in a while. If you are looking for revealing male armors, try here ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36903 ) and there is supposedly a bodybuilder version of them in the download section. Otherwise, like lostami said : the CBBE Bodyslide 2.0 (search Nexus) is your only other option. Make sure to look for the tutorials here for bodyslide (from Blabba I think). They can be vary helpful.
