hello,in the installation fomod procedure i cant untoggle hph head. so i wanted only for ube 2.0,any solution?

Hi, you should be able to as far i remember, but not problem if you install it it is just a single nif file and a xml, so no problems, they will just be there for the time being not used, if you dont have the HPH original mod.

I have sooo many npc replacers that I could patch, but the process is so tedious that I likely wouldn't bother. So I am curious as to how we would do so with the NPC manager, Could you elaborate the process in speeding it up?

1) your NPCs replacer must use HPH (or you just change NPC head to HPH in NPC manager mod)
2) you must have smp head active when you load high poly head.esm in NPC manager.
3) chose your NPC and press save esp/esm to saves your NPC as a new esp and head nif/dds
4) done (you could export all your change as a zip file)

I have a question. I'm using the UBE version, and I noticed that my PG-Output already contains meshes\!ube\head\femalemaskgash_gloss.nif and femalemaskgash_matte.nif, but your mod also includes these files.
So which should have priority here? Your mod overwriting PG-Output, or PG-Output overwriting SMP Head?
I've also installed all the required prerequisites according to the instructions, but SMP Head doesn't seem to be working in-game. So I'm wondering if the overwrite order between these files could be causing the issue.

Hi, my mod should replace anything asked, so  max priority : )

Thank you! I’ve given SMP Head the highest priority as you suggested.

However, I noticed that the throat physics work, but the mouth doesn’t. I’ve carefully gone through the mod description and installed all the required prerequisites, but I still can’t get the mouth physics to work.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Is there a log file or anything else I can check to help troubleshoot the issue?

Hi, if you have the jiggle, but no lip collision, your penis mods are problematic, or missing collisions, like wrong order again, or needs soemthing build in body slide or so, if you have Himbo, then TNG on top, simply having my XMLS would make it work, if not something else is messing around with dicks XD

Thanks for the explanation, but I'm not too sure this really works.. Since the npc you see inside of NPC manager, and the nif that is exported, is nothing like the source npc it is pulling from. For example, Looking at one of the NPCs from Pan's Nameless hunters, their facegen nif looks completely out of whack when loaded in NPC manager. When you save it, it saves this npc which is nothing like the original source. See below for a screenshot of what is shown in the program, with the actual facegen nif in the top right, and then the nif that is exported from npc manager below it: Screenshot-2026-08-15-135046.jpg

have you load all racemenu, HPH plugins?

Edited by pdd001
You need to load all the assets that NPCs use

Yep all of those are loaded. Pretty much every single NPC overhaul is like this for me. essentially just shows a vanilla preset for all npcs really. have you been able to do what you suggested? which npc overhaul have you used that actually shows the correct facegen, I will download and see if it works my side.

Ahhh thatd be the reason in that case! yeah it doesnt seem to work with premade npcs, unless you have their jslot data, which most npc ovehauls don't ship with unfortunately!
