Hi, the throat bulge is dependent on the fomod option for PPA, if you installed it then it will work if you have PPA, the bulge is based on size and depht so try with a creature like chaurus it SHOULD be very visible if working, now about the smp collision on the lips by your pics it is not working at all, first see if the lips have a little jiggle when you look very close if they have GOOD, the problem is with collision for the penis used, if not check if the wig option is ON in the FSMP MCM menu or SKSE menu, and turn that off, also check if you char indeed USES high poly head, going in to the race menu and checking the "face part" slider, usually it should be in postition 3 or 4 selection on that slider for HPH being used correctly,

Hello again. 

I seem to have solved the issue, the problem was the fact part as you mentioned not being high poly head. After swapping to part 5 and trying another BJ her lips now move a little as intended and the bulge is also appearing. Thanks!

I have checked closer on the lips and I am unable to see any jiggling at all. I did check FSMP and the wig option is set to OFF/Unchecked, the character was not using high poly head as you mentioned so I changed this to slot 4 in racemenu but the issue is still the same even after Save and restart of game. 

 

Would starting a new game and ensuring face part 4 being on possible help or could their be some other issue with my install of the mods perhaps?

ive also seen the bulge in the neck when the character has trx addons but it doesnt effect the lips but the male plugins do idk why but ye
