i tested some animations in my game and it mostly worked like 85%, so many thanks for this my friend !!! again some creature animations you have to change to stage 1 then 2 then back to 1, and it will work, so Sexlab delay problem i will assume as you explained, but will note one thing, i dont have the LOG, in the Skse folder, all logs are there, even MFG, but the one from the "mouththing" was not there, checked multiple times 🤔...

Wont be perfect, needs testing and what not to find missed expressions/phenoms/sizes. But now there shouldn't be any issue with updating since it wont be as nuclear as "smp reset".

 

The body morphs I don't think would be too hard. Just a bit of research and work. Same concept, having to re-skin the meshes. Although probably smarter to build that directly into whatever controls the morphs on Skyrim.

Oh yes, no problem at all, the way it is it works, and very gratefull from what you did, i talked with another friend who does the "overlay fix" mod on nexus, to see if him can fix the problem on the like "root cause" like you said, is more a morph function problem, then a SMP as far i can see, and he know about this side too.

 

About testing from my side Human anims works all fine, and some creature ones like i said sometimes dont, other then this i dont see any problems

 

and idea to the expressions/phoneme/size, maybe if the DLL could read a .txt confg file or json, then you wouldnt need to edit the full DLL again if something is found or people have diferent mods changing the default values or base ones, would just need to change the confg txt/json file to what they nee, just an idea, dont know how much trouble would be to have this.

 

Anyway friend, thank you very much for the DLL, I'll wait a while to see if someone will post something about it,m problems or so on as you said about testing, and I'll probably add your mod to the main mod's Fomod with due credits to you on the page, thank you very much again!

Where would these XML files usually be located? Using TRX but cant seem to locate XMLs for it in the mod folder or anywhere really.

Looking at TRX base mod, as far i can tell, there is no SMP collision in this mod, thus use TNG and Himbo with my patch

Hi, this probably has been asked before, but has anyone found a good mod that makes all the vanilla NPCs use the high poly head, so I can apply this mod to all of them?

I have tried using a couple options including the Highpoly NPC Overhaul https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/44155
and the High Poly Head AIO https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/72555?tab=description

But almost all of them have thousands of individual nifs corresponding to all vanilla NPCs, I think there is roughly 3000nifs for the Highpoly npc overhaul mod. 

After following the video, I have managed to successfully apply this mod to Irileth. I am completely noob to modding, and I barely understand how the process of fixing the nif order works, including what to look up in the original nif and how to reproduce it, so I highly doubt if I could reliable do this on my own. And from reading some more posts from before, it seems there are scenarios where this process may become more complicated.

is there a way for me to batch apply this mod to all these NPCs? or if there is a better mod out there that requires much less nif files to modify? or if there is anyone willing to start a project to apply this mod to overhaul all NPCs?

Ohhh, I see. I'm actually using TRX SMP which requires the Baka SMP patch which I found is where the xml files are located.  Thank you for the quick reply!!

I feel like there's a way to do it, I just don't know how to implement it.  Does anyone else have any ideas?

Hi, since no seem to know, i also dont know about a easy process, a old friend said that maybe a batch file coult be made, but would be a very limited, since a lot of the nif files for npc have diferent names on the head mesh nif, so this is a problem, with ck you would just have to re-generate the nifs again, but i never did it

 

also i dont think you need to make every Npc have this head, kind of "too much", like make the ones you most interact with, from time to time, and in the end you will have some, but ALL, i just think it is too much, and SMP is a limited resource in game.

Hello! as the other post abou this, SMP is a limited resource in the game, well FSMP has a range thing, but still, i dont believe having every NPC with this head will be a good idea, make some of them that you like have the head following the video, and should be good, but every one? i dont thing it is a good idea, but if anyone does make the batch thing, all fine, will link on the page ; )

Man, that is a bummer, I was under the impression that this can be achieved similar to how 3BA bodies using SMP for the body parts, I guess it won't be possible without a proper mod that monitors how game resources are used and cleaned things up afterwards.

I hope your mod here do make a wider impact so people would try to adopt this as a standard part of body replacers some day!

Oh thanks! i would be somthing if added in the base this head bones XD, about 3BA, it as default will use CBPC, SMP is only used if you manually set the Npcs with the spell, or add the collision on them by hand, forcing SMP, because as i said SMP is kind of a limited resource, like the head here is very light, less then 10 bones, but if you add this to 30 Npcs, and since the SMP is on the head no matter what you do, it is always ON, the only counter would be the range limit on FSMP MCM menu, and still it would keep turn it on and off, to control the limited resource it is, so if a batch can be make would be good, but using it to make all the npcs have the head, i dont think is a good use, it would just waist the SMP resource a lot.

 

i say resource, and you can test, take the dint999 (awesome mod) hairs and add them to like 10 Npcs, the even if you have a NASA computer, the game will run poorly because of SMP bones, just too much at the same time.

Hi, thanks! well i have my my "version" of BHUNP as now v5, it is like the head, and my 92bbb on nexus is like the v5 but older, it is not perfect but better then default one.

Hi, this one is using a custom head mesh not HP head, so instead of transfer, you would need to align the heads, probably make the HP head closer to the siri one, by inflate, deflate brush, when you see it is "close enought" you copy bones, and it should work, then you will need to fix the weights as the lips can and will most likely be somewhat off in the siri lips, nothing too much, just fixing weigths as in any other SMP outfit port, this should do it, i see you pretty old here in LL so assume you know how to use outfit studio in a advanced way...

Have tried, but didn’t notice much difference. Didn’t find the gifs showing the supposed result. Could you help?

if 92bbb from nexus didnt react better then vannila BHUNP, or 3ba i dont know, your collisions for the other part may be strange, or not working, if you have ABC try with chaurus, should be a pretty visible diference in collisions, there is no gif on nexus since they  dont allow it hosted there.

What a huge file, you can delete npw, ando also for things in the future, you can lower the bit rate in nvidea video capturing, to like 9.0 and will still be very good ; ) with a very small size, about the video, it is alredy working as it should, there is nothing more to be done, besides using another animation without the hand closer to the head as it has a "tendency to bug" the mouth as you can see, it kind gets sucked to the hand/fingers sometimes, i dont know why.

Hi, yes, you can do as the videon, import NPC head, then add SMP head, delet the SMP head, and rename the NPC head to  (FemaleHead) the sliders should "just work" in it...
